Why hello. We have a Florida player listings document on the facebook page you can check out to see who might be close to you (check link on the opening post). The Miami scene used to be bigger in the past. Atm it's really just Jacksonville vs Tampa in numbers with a lot of others scattered about. I know you said you are tired of online but if you have Extend ill play against you. I want to learn the Tao matchup better. :3

Being I use to main Plat, and I see you do I can tell you he's much harder to pick up than her. Combo wise I won't say he's too difficult even though some of his advance stuff does have some odd timings (but what character doesn't for their advance stuff). I say the biggest challenge he'll give people is managing his doll meter properly and attacking in correct sequence with Ignis. Besides all that he's a very fun character with a lot of options for someone to experiment with.

The info was from the jp wiki so possibilties some info is slightly off. When I did the Revolver Action tables I had Crit check over some of the notes on the wiki and we checked it out in game. There was two or three errors they had on it. Just like I had some AH links they didn't have listed which is something dead easy to find. When I get home ill go over and graphically mark the cost in screencaps to make sure their isn't any other odd values before the combo thread starts kicking. Thanks St1ckbug for the notice.

Yea what I recommended to you years ago when I was still using a Hauppauge. Hauppauge is still a good product for low end computers or people who just want to record and not worry too much about options. I've gone through the following: ATI AIW (forget model number) Hauppauge HD PVR Blackmagic Intensity Pro Matrox MX02 Mini AVerMedia AVerTV HD DVR. [One of these days i'll get around to writing up a detail guide on recording/streaming equipment and setting up]

If you are playing on a 360 and using a desktop just buy a powered hdmi splitter and a AVerMedia AVerTV HD DVR. You won't find anything better in the consumer market in that price range for the quality it puts out. I been using it for the last year and love it. They are coming out with a newer model very soon that is going to have 1080p recording support. If you are using a laptop they do have a usb model that's better than Hauppauge's products, AVerTV USB HD DVR. :3

You only need a account equal to the region of the game on the system to buy and download the DLC with. Playing the game itself doesn't matter what account you use as long as you don't delete the account you bought DLC with off the system.

The second option under System Options is "Install to HDD". Only battle voices are switchable so that's what you changed in the "Sound & Language" menu.

Toasty and I had a discussion about the combo thread. I messaged Uri on the approach we would like it to be done. We are listening to everyone's opinion and we share the same feelings. Dusk you are welcome to take a shot at writing up a combo theory if you are eager to. Send it to Toasty or myself so we can review before posting it up.

I stay away from McD period. If I go fast food I hit up Wendy's for a Spicy Chicken Wrap. :D

Uri are you going to be able to keep up doing Platinum's and Relius's combo section? It should be situation first then input (like how you did Plat's). As Solex said you forgot D's. :3 I already plan to do some combo videos later. Maybe a multi-volume bnb combo videos as more better ones are found.

Haven't tested. I played around with 214A two nights ago against Cirno's Platinum doing pogo since it gained projectile invinc and it went through. I'm at work now so can't test but I say grab a character with a projectile invinc move and see if it whiffs against it.

Amazing write up St1ckbug. :3 I checked and I couldn't make that glitch happen at all. Have any more details on it? :/

Yea 2C may stuff it but I see Haku's normals are a huge threat to Relius's 214A entry. I really need to play around with his backdash. I didn't know it was that good. Good info unsanctifier. :3

Maybe slightly in Tao's favor but I wouldn't say terrible. The ones that are imo noticeable bad matchups for him are Arakune, and Valk (and maybe Haku but need to see more).
