  1. ^ sounds good to me on both characters =), it allows for the user of both to actually to think about what there doing.
  2. actually sounds dead on, only thing that sucks...while pressuring hakumen is guessing between him going to drive or just jump out of pressure, also his dead angle...does that give him a combo?
  3. theres is nuthing stragetic about jumping around and using is new sky poke. and it effectively gives everyone trouble because his weapon is not apart of his hitbox.not to mention him jumping super high and doing it. also, a person mention his drives have long recovery, no they dont and for characters with poor range, tsubaki and rachel, punishing him whiffing drives can be a bit problematic depending on the distance whiffed. the links are not difficult, people are hitting this shit in horrible lag. hakumen is one of the easiest characters in the game to use effectively period. i can assure you, if hakumens players and rachel(good rachels) were to switch i bet you that hakumens would see how much more harder it is using rachel then hakumen.
  4. hakumen with good mix-ups, or more useful pressure would mean he would need a damage nerf.i really feel like hakumen is one of the more easier characters in the game to win and use(lol scrubs), please we really do not want him to be the next ct top threes, or cs top twos.
  5. true, hazama chains just come out a little bit too fast...thats all they should change about him...maybe the distance they travel just shorten it just a little bit. It weird, hazama, hakumen, lamada, carl, feel really balanced but shit on the low tier also though...i dont want them to nerf unnessary characters. just improve the lower ones, and definitley smash a nerf bat on the top 2. litchi is far worst then rachel in ct. one hit from litchi and literally the match is over for you. it wasnt like that with rachel in ct.you had a chance to do some things and prevent her from pushing buttons.
  6. honestly, until the pumpkin comes back which should be plus +10 no less, but imho it should be plus 13 like before...it clashes with other projectiles, it takes a while to be summoned, and you jump away from it. on top of that it range has been shortened. sooooo, if it makes it past all these ridicolous condition and does land on the opponent while they are grounded...it should keep them there for broken mix-ups! The 5b>2b....and j.2c cancel into ground normals wont make much difference honestly, i still found ways to mic my opponent up without these currently now. however, all the opponent has to do is barrier you off them...you guys have to remember that rachels normals are very short ranged. To add to that the opponents with good aerial normals....litchi bang ragna, wont be on the ground to allow you to simply dash up and them up. she needs a better pumpkin..or a whole new tool in general...i would love it if she had dizzys dagger projectile. the one where the angel wing throws and it turns into a ball, then becomes a spear that be kool(something close to it obviously). And also rachel fuckin needs a full screen super, you have to fucking play ragna against alot of these characters: hazama, mu-12, lamada, carl, and having a full screen super will disable options that they have it they were to get away from you. They need to make it untechable, always the 4 wind effect, do more damage, and have rachel recover quicker.
  7. doing those things you mention wouldnt change a damn thing, rachel and tsubaki werent on the bottom simply because of pitiful damage. and the top three werent up there simply because of high damage

  10. that would suck horrendus balls if the winds recovery was nerfed it already hard as shit to reclaim wind while avoided chains(hazama and swords nu) Also the fucking pumpkin needs BUFFING badly!

  13. dude i have found so many usefulness to tempest daliha, they should buff it allowing her to have the level 4 wind effect at all times, i love its two guard libra removal, meaning hazama cannot runaway after bursting even once. i think a damage incrased would be nice, and if rachel recovered faster it would be good. j.2c needs to be an overhead seriously, i it be rather be cs j.2c(special cancelable on landing) then, the cs2 j.2c being cancelable on block but no an overhead? it would kinda be pointless to use, but atleast if your in the air you can wind level 3 j.2c take off two libras and then pressure them saftely. And i dont like the idea of people coming back to rachel now thats she buffed. if you like the character you should have stayed with her through thick and thin not drop her like unwanted trash.

  18. rachel would not benefit she needs to be rushing hazama down. he can almsot reach full screen and punish her zoning midly easy. lobelia's have alot more start-up then hazamas chains do and all you have to is chain where the lobelia is not falling at and then rape her.

  23. imho taokaka vs rachel is definitley no lower then a 6.5-3.5, i would say 7.5- 2.5. This character out damages you by a significatn amount, the characters mobilty is way to hard to deal when you do not have good normals, or even relyable tools. everything rachel does is so laggy for absoutley no reason. 6a is complete trash, whiff that in this match and your getting tauntloop. you dont have decent ways to lock tao down at all, and mid-screen barriering rachel off you gets you out a whole lot of shit.(if u can even catch her. And when your blocking tao, you are blocking her for a good while, her normals reach out way farther then yours do so trying to poke out is almsot as pointless as if you were fighting ragna. and after she does damage you have to work soo damn hard to get catch her. this match is probabdly fucked up for lamada as well.(who i feel is very balanced out) rachel vs hakumen imho is 6-4 hakumen...no more or no less. hakumen has to mess up like 10 times to die by rachels hands and he has great defensive tools to prevent him from worrying about making to many miscaluted moves. rachel gets to mess up maybe twice and she is gone. no more then twice...because after taking two combos from hakumen he can turtle the rest of the match out by jumping all over the place and blocking....this is why rachel needed that pumpkin last game to actually force an opponent to either sit on the ground or jump toward the corner. After fighting hakumen, i really much rather fight litchi...atleast i know litchi players are working slightly harder the hakumen is to win against rachel.
  24. ill be there for sure, were playing offline yesterday it was just honestly two consistent players myself and a tager player i brought off xboxlive, a jin and a ragna(zerp) cam by for a little bit though also. offline is soooo much better then playing on laggy cs netcode. ct lagg was kool but i dont know wtf happened to cs's netcode.
