GGs to all at KotB. I had a blast, and it's always good seeing/playing you guys. I was like Milln. It took me 3 days to feel rested from it. Also, I have Milln's real first and last name. The bidding will start at $50.

I'm probably dropping Persona, not because I lost and am salty though. The grappler in that game just flat out sucks. Speaking with a GA Kanji player, we both agreed that he just doesn't have the skillset/tools to actually compete. Every single one of his matchups are bad. No pokes besides 5A and 5B. His two FC moves are slow as balls. It's just not that fun to me. I'll stick with Marvel and SC5. SC5 is dead here but still draws numbers in large tournaments. I considered dropping Marvel, but after placing top 4 at KotB, I might as well stick with it. Gear will be fun to play in 2 weeks though.

So, those with XBL should get on sometime tonight (and other nights this week) for practice and to see where we all rank against one another. This'll help gauge team decisions for Saturday if we end up doing 5v5. Unless we wanna have two 5-man TN teams.

I sat there the whole time thinking "What game is that music from?" I knew it was a turn-based game too, but still couldn't place it. Then I remembered it was SMRPG. Then I rewatched the video to see what I missed.

I've been on that Borderlands since it released. It's too good. Dual wielding a sniper and rocket launcher while going berserk is hilarious.

From what I've seen/experienced, Akihiko gets respectable damage off of... well, anything. Not sure why people are sleeping on him. I win in that matchup because it's Kanji's only good matchup.

Mr. Minionman/Wes/Wesley/Wesker looks like he could be Jackie's brother. Has anyone ever told you guys that? A friend of mine looks like he could be my brother, and people always ask us if we are.

I played a decent Yu player on my friends list today. At one point, I actually dp'ed him 5 times in a row. He wasn't mashing or anything; it was just good reads. He tried holding upback, dashing through, and the last one was a dp clash (but Kanji's has more active frames lol). Too bad no one plays on XBL.

Oh man, Shadowredzero is always legit in the games he plays. I played a ton of matches against him in Blazblue, and his Jin was really good. I need to hit him up soon.

I finally got up to A rank earlier too (finally broke 100 ranked matches too lol). It's fun ranking people down in the process. Makes me yell, "Begone knave! Your peasantry ways are unwanted here."

People are grossly overestimating his dp. Once you learn to bait and the timing to punish it, it's no big deal. His normals are not okay. 5C and 2C are his longest reaching pokes, but they're slow. 5A is meh. Yes, he has a ground dash that takes ages to start up. His airdashes are okay, nothing to brag about though. Anti-zoning tools? Yeah, they're slow too. Good luck trying to catch Liz or Naoto with it.
