I'm gonna try to answer this from how I interpreted what you were asking. But anyways the default layout ingame is meant for a controller, the setup you would use on stick is Type A: A = A X = B Y = C LB = D or Type B: A = D X = A Y = B LB = C whichever you choose is your preference, also you can put S where ever

Thanks for letting me know that the link was broken the entire time, as far as a goal I'm not absolutely something, but if i can reach somewhere around $100 by then it'll make my life easier. All of the money will go towards the cost of internet and extra hardware for doing the stream. If I still only get some amount not even up to that i'll still try pay out of my own pocket to get this done. Streaming our games at Majors is something that rarely gets done and I really want to push our community out to the broader audience. I believe I will be entering BBCS, I'm extra free at GGAC atm but we'll see how much i can improve come FR14 to enter. edit: I will bring my own setup to be used for the tournament and stream off of that, I want to try to work with Heidern98 to get as many matches as we can on there as smoothly as possible to stream most of the tournament matches for each game. I will not be streaming finals, as that will be streamed by Team Spooky -
The possibility is up on the table, i thought the idea was clever and fun. But i understand that people come to these every week to play fighting games and if thats what everyone wants we'll just keep doing what we've been doing. Any one is still free to bring a copy and play on the projector if we want to/can

For those of you who still want to watch BBCS bracket matches during Final Round, I will be streaming soley BBCS and GGAC on my channel that weekend. Please Donate to help me get this done.

BBCS and GGAC players I need your help. Larry has given me permission to broadcast my stream during final round. What this means is that I will be streaming BBCS for Friday and GGAC for saturday, we know Team Spooky can't stream everything for everyone so i want to cover these two games when they aren't on the main stream. Now all of this will be my own out of pocket expenses and to ensure that this goes down I am asking for some of you guys to help me out with some donations. You can donate however much you feel like, any amount helps in order to get this to actually go down. I will try my best to get some kind of BB/GG stream for Final Round and your donations will help it run smoothly. Please Donate Here -
Bought a PS Eye, now we got hype cams for Friday streams! Honestly though for $25 its actually the best webcam you can buy for the money.
-
Andrew do you have any idea how to get Demul netplay to work or if we could specify IPs so we can play GGAC against eachother online?
-
Jake we don't play online pretty much at all, however if you would like to play with us we're at GaTech every friday. Smyrna is very close so if you can find a way to get down here you're totally welcome.

$45 lol, IF you don't bring your PS2 please at least bring the games. We ended up playing most of them last time. I can officially say that converter itself does not cause lag on the ASUS monitor. Did a direct test with a CRT TV, with delay being between 0-40ms or 1-2 1/2 frames of lag. Thats within the same margin as the monitor itself on HDMI, therefor the converter itself will not add any extra amount of processing display lag. The one i have is discontinued, here's the newer cheaper version http://www.meritline.com/mygica-hd-game-box---p-35685.aspx

Got my composite to VGA converter yesterday. Initial testing this thing works pretty well, also supports 16:10 res monitors which is not advertised online, does not support 16:9 but thats easily fixable. Using it on my ASUS monitor it can do 4:3 or 16:9 so PS2 and PS3 games will played properly scaled. Picture quality is pretty shitty through composite as expected, but super ballin through s-video. It converts incoming signals to 480p so there is no aliasing at all which is pretty amazing. Judging based purely on playing that there appears to be no noticeable lag at all, will do further testing later after class. http://www.amazon.com/Video-VGA-Converter-Switcher-V2VPro/dp/B000XXZQWQ

How much is learning how to pop out some buttons and using a screw driver? Not much at all, I hate it when people think because they swapped out parts in an SE that they're all of a sudden an expert in stick modding on SRK Tech Talk. As everyone says get a TE or even an HRAP if you can find it cheaper.

I might wanna go, but will need to crash at tech friday.

What a coincidence I just posted the next Revival tournament over at the Events page http://www.dustloop.com/forums/showthread.php?10948-Atlanta-Revival-Calm-Before-the-Storm-February-26th-2011-Atlanta-GA&goto=newpost

My bracket was stacked pretty bad, not that its uncommon for me playing terrible matchups. Also Tim you're one to talk about disappointment, as of recently there isnt much of a ATL BBCS crew anymore. Chris is one of the few who still plays seriously, but he's on that failbox. BBCS might disappear from Friday lineups if the community stays apathetic as it is, no one wants to go further with this game anymore. Also Larry has given me permission to stream BBCS/GGAC independently for Final Round. There are a couple of technical and financial hurdles I have to jump over first before this is a sure thing though. I'm gonna need to do some research about how to get this done.
-
So I've officially changed the name of our friday gatherings to the GT Friday Fighting Variety, here's the new banner: I'm also talking with Larry on letting me stream BBCS/GGAC on friday for Final Round. We'll see how this goes.
-
Any setup helps, that will be good enough for us
-
We need TV's, to those that are on tech can any of you provide some? I will give rides. Andrew V? Ivysaur?
-
Looks like I'm getting support over on SRK, this weeks gathering will have the potential to be our biggest yet. Our main priorities are going to have to be that Klauss will infact be open by Friday and that we will have enough setups. So everybody coming should give us a count of what they are bringing. I potentially will be bringing: Monitor(though not likely) PS3 w/ BBCS and SSF4 PS2 w/ GGAC+ and SFAA It is also imperative that we start on time, I and whoever can give me access needs to be in the room Before 8PM. So I will even pick up one of you guys down at Tech if Chris isnt there first.
