You mean you got the timing wrong and your op wasn't paying attention and got hit by the command grab. What Pachirisu is saying there's no reason not to down hold downback and tech after Noel has already grabbed you. If you whiff command grab you're in for a world of serious hurt. If you're gonna play seriously don't assume everyone you face is a scrub.

Yea, see thats the format I'm using for SSF4 and it works really well, its just i don't wanna make two graphics for multiple games. I'll rework the font sizes and see if i can come up with something that works for both. -

been messing around in wirecast some more, here's a sample of what i have done so far http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwNkWFPLz8E what do you think, font good? graphics good? A little too team spooky-ish? -
Mashing + Noel = D button most all of the time. Possibility of proration changes in her drive moves? Removal of same move penalty? Possibly more chains that weren't previously possible(this was mentioned in an earlier loketest).

This complicates the shit outta things -
Third party companies usually are in charge of that and sell the info.

SE's are still terribly light and small, but other than that I suppose you will have a stick with sanwa parts for less than $80.

It says that, but USGA usually handles the venue and entrance fees and they have not discounted us. We can see this weekend, i'll feel real salty if i bring all my streaming equipment and without any compensation. -

The thought of chocolate vodka makes me sick, though i have a friend that might like it. I'll look at this recipe and see if she likes it. Chocolates filled with rum or whiskey is amazing though. -
Or about 3 of them considering their build quality.

I'm fine without Valk, I would however wish not be parry looped. I'm hoping 360 Makoto players would have adjusted to that by now. Also good to hear PS3 is the standard, got worried over nothing.

If i end up doing the stream for Tension Pulse i'm not gonna be able to enter any games. -
woah is this assuming BBCS will be run on 360? I don't know if im cool with that. I've always run into problems with BBCS on 360 in tournament, no valk is just more reason why PS3 should be used as the BBCS tournament standard.

Tekken and HDR had 10 man brackets each, BB had a six person round robin. Also I don't know why you would want to pay for free casuals when you didn't even want to pay to enter BB. -

SEB was disappointing to say the least. The southeastern BB community has once again let us down, with the exception to a few. Also here's that House Disney album for you guys that wanted it http://db.tt/s1Ssx3F -

John I'd like for you to get to my house before 6:30pm so we can get to Tech before 8:30, I might also be picking up Crimsonfalx at SPSU if we have to roll on 285 so that'll add like another 10mins to the trip. -

Just ordered my NEC ticket online, Also this friday lets try to start at 7:00pm as close as possible, i wanna take advantage of all the time we have before SEB. -
The free gift has given me the incentive to order my ticket online. It better be worth it! Also thats one from ATL confirmed on going, there's a possibility of 3 more.

I know about that whole combo thread and honestly never have seen 80% of those listed combos in actual tournament or tournament video. If I'm playing competitively(in which i shouldn't be playing noel in the first place, but thats another story) I'm not going for experimental training mode combos that have a high potential risk of failure. For what little damage opportunity Noel gets I'm gonna stick to the tried and tested bnb's that have been used in competition most often. I understand those offer slightly more damage, but am not gonna risk dropping 1/2k and potentially getting lit up the risk is not worth the effort. I(and I imagine most new players) am going to stick to her established bnb's in tournaments. But honestly Noel is not a competitive character, so there was actually no point of mentioning tournament play in this thread.
-
most of her grounded midscreen drives have two d.6ds, d5cs, or d.6bs, midscreen combos into fenrir use two j.ds. Bloomer trigger used twice in corner combos etc... Most of her established drive bnb's have multiple drive moves in one combo.
-
Don't take this as the absolute word though. Most of her drive bnb's require you to use same drive moves multiple times.
-
6C does not have same move proration, also B haida does not positively prorate, however the proration is very little. C haida does, but only once in a combo. Optic barrel and d.6D have same move proration. As for wakeups, since Noel doesnt really have any wakeup option selects you're gonna have to wait and chase their tech or 5a pressure if they cant reversal you. 5a is usually a safe bet, but thats if they cant reversal you.
