Just to let everyone know the stream rotation will return to normal this coming Friday. We will start off with GGAC/AH3/BB for the first half of the night then MvC3 for the rest of the night.

I will stream what ppl wanna watch, right now AH3 is the hot shit so it can get some air time as it brings in viewers. Also I'm beta testing some new streaming software. This is the hottest piece of software ever, all the mess of running several programs to stream a tournament at once is now consolidated into one program. The picture quality is also gdlk as well as how little resources it uses. This shit will be a miracle worker for Final Round.

Well high end sticks tend to work, unlike the cheaper ones. I'd say thats a pretty big advantage.

In the case of the T6 wireless it uses a USB Dongle yes? In those cases they are allowed. edit: I wouldn't recommend using one of those for tournament though as they can tend to fail at the worst of times. You might have to borrow someone's wired stick if need be.

After hours of figuring out how to tackle this, I found in a drawer of wires the smallest ribbon cable ever made in existance. The ends of each wire was small enough to fit into the input slots snuggly. I then i had to test all the inputs hoping they didnt fall out(which they did so the whole process was repeated three times) then secured them with hot glue. The plus side was the PSX pad did not need to be soldered(which was practically impossible given the size of the contact area). To give you an idea of how small they are the grey ribbon cable is 30awg which is like the smallest gauge you can feasibly use for electronics and not be a robot and its about 30% larger than the yellow wire.

Ughhh so dual modding John's stick is a nightmare so far. I made a really ballin ps2/usb hybrid cable, but he bought the rare PSX pad with the analog buttons. I can't solder this pad, so i have to find a creative way to get this to work.

There's an Arby's and KFC down the road, and I'm sure many other cheap joints as well

The FR rate is $90 a night, I'm looking to get 5-6 ppl minimum

We'll be there for two nights, last year our room split $30 each person for both nights, considering that everyone from out of town is staying in the hotel there are a lot of after parties and late gaming going on. There's also the convenience of showering and sleeping late. I vaguely remember free something in the morning last year, but this is a new venue they may or may not be more accommodating. If we're having a DL room we need more of you guys absolutely sure that you're gonna be able to stay, otherwise I've potentially got another room lined up for me.
