Honestly some of you guys need to stop talking, this is dustloop we don't discuss scrubbing out out strategies. Regardless of mashing, no one wants to hear about how you guys are approaching low level play, its like listening to kids argue about why the sky is blue. We're here to discuss how Noel can be played to her fullest extent, not "why am I such a scrub"

Yea basically try to find a MC 360 SF4 360 Fightpad, if you want(I highly recommend) also order an Imp for (semi)switchless console switching. Since I'm ordering a bunch of parts for Ivysaur's stick soon, you can just give me $9 and I'll order an Imp for you. edit: without an Imp i have to use a physical switch and do some drilling to your TE, and a physical switch cost about the same as an Imp.

Invincibility has no effect on 5D being an effective in combos, 5D as is is pretty strong anyways I know i abuse it like a scrub. Regardless 5D less invincible should not change how you should play her.

Dont worry Elliot if you come to these gatherings enough you wont need a PS3 anytime soon, for many of us Friday is the only time we play CS anyways. Also new balance changes posted, nerfs to Bang and Litchi look pretty hard. Firepunch no longer wallbounces for Bang, and jC is now groundtechable for Litchi. Those are enough to change those two completely. Noel got some silly unnecessary buffs, and 5D has less invincibility making it useless now outside of combos.

Yo just preordered my new HRAP V3, should come end of Sept. My TE and custom stick are now up for grabs, Jewdo has first dibs on the TE. I'm wanting to sell the Seimitsu Mass Effect 2 stick for around $100-$120.

basic Tager 101, dont tech in the air if you don't have to. Due to Tager's terrible proration eating a longer combo most of the time does not do much damage. Also quick get-up as apposed to neutral tech, down teching leaves you free for a command grab.

I play Noel in tournament and do quite well with her, like i said its all about playing opponents. With skill you can overcome most matchups, cept for the aforementioned top tier. Also her high damage output is greatly in her favor, hitconfirm combos and its all good.

Regardless of what people may be finding or doing with Tager, its not hard to admit that Noel is actually a better character. Most of her matchups are barely hard at all and you're really just playing against the other opponent. The only issues she has is dealing with the Top tier, in which case its pretty hopeless.
