  1. That sounds rediculous lol. I-no's throw frc is notoriously hard cause the frc point is in the middle of nowhere, and there is no real action/visual cue to performing it...just raw 2 frames during a static throw animation. Seriously though, notable mentions: TK Yozansen Chemical love 6frc6 Millia hair car mixup variations Dizzy Ice Spike Jam 2D (hit) Buri 2D (close & far hit)
  2. @zidanel33t Ill let him know you're looking to get in contact with him.
  3. Every weekend (fri+sat) unless there is tourney. Either in queens village or like Dai said in sheepshead bay. Hit us up on twitter (@mynusdono @Zidanel33t @alzarathex @DaiAndOh) if trying to come thru. Don't be like other ppl who complain that they dont get invited when they KNOW we play EVERY damn weekend.
  4. not having throw breaks would be a horrible design choice not seen since....oh wait Guilty Gear up to Slash itself. Progress people.
  5. throw breaks are 2 frame windows. early break (neutral) and late break (disadvantage). And some chars pre AC had throws that led to death oki (ED, IN, MI to an extent).
  6. cant wait for the next episode! lets keep the interest growing even more now that Xrd has been announced!
  7. It's listed in the mook.
  8. That change/nerf to her air throw from 96->80 dots seems only on paper. She's still tossing ppl all over the place from distance. How would they justify making the second best air throw range into the games worst? Especially since her J.H is super unsafe on whiff and she is in ch state until landing...must be a typo. I will ask some friends in Japan to check this out.
  9. Phrek is pretty OG and has been active again since +R news hit. He's from my area so I can vouch for him. He also contributed to the Guilty Bits Zappa episode, so his knowledge/dedication is there at least.
  10. Sounds like a good plan to me. I'll follow suit then if thats all right with Tataki.
  11. A whole forum would be a little too much I think. Too many people trying to input can create a situation where there is alot of disagreement happening , making it harder for the finished product to be approved by all -> being on time for the episode. Just a few ppl I feel is enough to run down things without the forum/ thread being sidetracked by arguments, and sans input from lurkers who dont even play the char, but are trying to clutter it with their opinions. 2-3 ppl per char max I feel is sufficient due to time constraints as well as most of the scripts near completion already at this point. Lets not get too open and create chaos when we are aiming for refinement.
  12. I like the discussion going on here. We can learn from this and make sure we have the most accurate info out there for the beginners. Btw I play I-no not Anji for the record. If its not too late I think we should try to get at least 2 people who are well established in the community to double check the scripts for correct and accurate info. Preferably those who are good/place well in tournament. If anyone wants to check the I-no script I worked on feel free to ask tataki if its ok.
  13. Yes you too my man. Would have been nice to have your contribution. No disrespect to Dream Maker tho...everyone isn't trying to shit on him.
  14. Noone said you personally did anything wrong Tataki, just that alot of ppl thought it was off. we all know you dont play anji, and didnt put forth the data for his ep, so just take it as ppl putting in their gripes and opinions about the information that was in the vid. Frankly, Zidane was by far the best resource for anji info, but the fact is someone else handled the script. Its done, we can move on. Besides, these vids are made to garner interest for beginners, they wont know the difference either way for quite a minute. We all know what you put into this series, and are grateful. The fact that every episode is on the front page of this forum, shoryuken as well as eventhubs means that they are getting maximum exposure. That being said, and as you stated that these vids are basically dustloop in video form, you can understand how ppl would be very concerned that the right info is being represented, especially when it comes to garnering the interest of new potential players. In this regard, for an outlet which represents the guilty gear community and dustloop as a whole, I believe we all have a say and are entitled to an opinion. Keep up the good work, and please dont feel that anything negative was directed in your direction. Ultimately, responsibility lies with the contributors who gave you the (correct or misinformed) information for the script. And hereforth any discussion about the series/episodes should be rightfully directed towards them.
  15. Zidane has expressed his willingness to give info, he just never is on these forums much anymore. So that would be cool.
  16. To be fair not everything. Just the "Anji has subpar pokes and neutral" statement, as well as Kai being plus on block when it's neg on IB. Plus no mention of that godly 5P...
  17. FT 5's? Room with same name open.
  18. Anyone get the vita version today? Im dying I need to play this...fuck!
  19. I-no players have been doing that for the past 8 months...I highlighted that FB dive was really good back when I gave loketest reports. Also I dont know if you guys have started to practice this or no but with the new HCL hitbox change, on corner oki you can meaty HCL > frc > j.k/j.d overhead; or frc > low. Previously if you missed a vcl frc point that was your ass, but now HCL can be substituted which is plus on block point blank plus a lv. 5 move. Also can be tk'd low on oki > frc iad.
  20. I-no is looking good. Only thing I would advise is to note that her vertical chemical love is mainly for combos and situational AA. And her horizontal CL is very risky against chars that can run under it or have horizontal moving specials that can punish (like Sol's grand viper, Anji's fuujin, Dizzy ice spike, Baiken superman counter, ect.) Because as of now the script reads like there is no downside to simply throwing the move out. Use with caution. Other than that looks great.
  21. Nah RealBob is right. The force break is too good. Random j.p abare into corner carry + at least 35% dmg + KD -> free corner mixup. Plus random air dash shenanigans during pressure. How can you not see that it is the god?... C'mon, simply compare what you get in AC to what you have been seeing in +R and its no contest. Midscreen j.D mixups become way better, plus who in the hell can corner carry corner to corner besides Jam off a random ryuujin? If you have good neutral game hit confirms you will be taking full advantage if this move. It's bullshit good for her game. All for just 25% meter? Take my money.
  22. ( T_T)\(^-^ ) Damn Mike. We can hate May together. Fuck that bitch.
  23. Timestamps? That joint is 4 hours long lol...
  24. Bumped your thread into an article on the front page. Great read and good job guys!
  25. Remember how good Gamepad bi-weeklies were?...yeah I miss those. More play is important so get a part time job, remember those too?...
