  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2K2AnMC7nRE Dora does an interesting combo in this vid. CH 2D on an opponent in the air above and knocked behind him>late 6C>j.D (missed link)>2B>6C>j.B>j.C This situation happens more often than I'd like and provided it actually links when done correctly, it could be useful.
  2. Most of the cast has 7 frame startup for airgrabs. Air 623C also has 7 frame startup, which is awesome. Two things to watch out for: Noel's airthrow has 4 frame startup. (jesus!) Tager's airthrow has 6 frame startup. So, against everyone else it seems pretty safe to IAD command grab them even if you think they might airgrab so long as you're a tiny bit quicker on the input.
  3. No reason to use either of those variations on anyone but Carl. air 623C>RC 3rd hit>6A>623B>daifunka does 5324.
  4. Serge and I played a truly great Nu player tonight. Certainly the best I've ever seen. He would actually flitter between close and mid range with alot of fake out tiger kneed overhead sword into RCed low wheels into air combo and some other dirty tricks. I have new respect for Nu. Her IAD air grab is also fast as hell.
  5. Is the timing for d.6C as strict as the triple crash combo?
  6. You're falling, Tao is 2Aing merrily on the ground waiting for you to fall into her trap. You throw a C nail, free combo every time. You'll suddenly find them less prone to 2A you as an antiair.
  7. j.B beats her drives at least. The good thing about this match is that once you have momentum, she's screwed. You can even guard break her in lieu of mixing it up normally after D nails reset since her guard libra is paper thin.
  8. First one is a waste of heat, you can do more than that without meter. Looks flashy though, XD. 6B RC stuff is actually in my vid lol. That last one seems really cool though as a midscreen combo since the close to the corner combo off CH 5D I use does 3606 but it's moody about positioning. I'll have to give this one a whirl later.
  9. Done with this iteration of the RCs. Hopefully a bit better than the last one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVascDtk9Vg
  10. This page needs more Styrofoam.

  11. Sometimes I use a TN B nail after a 2B in a block string instead of D nails to be a tricky bastard against people who like jumping out of pressure. On a related note, does anyone actually use the B nail RC for anything useful?
  12. While working on 10stars' air 623C RC combos for Noel, Carl, and Nu, I noticed that you can actually hit all three with 6C out of the last C nail instead of just Nu. I actually like this alot more since although you can't 2C OTG at the end on Noel and Carl like on Nu, you just 6C>j.C and get traditional okizeme. I'm indecisive as to which of these I should put in the vid. @_@
  13. After experimenting a bit with this, you can actually do j.B right out of the 6B RC as well. I tried all the combos I could find off of the j.A and j.B directly after the RC and they don't do as much damage as the standard 6B RC>2B>623B>whatever. Although, I'll be damned if 6B>RC>j.A/j.B>5A>5B>j.A>j.B>j.A>j.B>623B isn't a flashy as hell combo.
  14. You can also do the loop from counter hit j.D and rapid cancelled 6B. It works on some characters other than Tager as well, but it's easiest on him.
  15. In mission hills, San Diego for the summer. Anyone up for BB?
  16. Working on the new Rapid Cancel vid, any favorites anyone wants me to put in? I'm making this one more centric on setting up okizeme than max damage.
  17. Other than drives, what moves beat Jin's j.B?
  18. Yeah, the only normal combos off the top of my head that do more are off counterhit j.D. Thanks Rei.
  19. I liked that pressure string at the end as they were falling.
  20. Nice, I'll give the j.4C a whirl. I'll have to try that 6B RC trick with j.A out. My old habit if they blocked was RC>j.D which would sometimes produce some nice results. Alot less safe than j.A though.
  21. Great info, thanks ATG.
  22. Share away, I rarely use 6B RCs so I haven't dabbled much with it. After rethinking things earlier, I'll probably reupload this one with all practical combos and put all the fancy techable shenanigans in a different one. I have a bunch of random RCs I forgot to put in that I use sometimes (<3 3C>RC>6A/2B>623B>daifunka for the surprise win) and I need to add some character specifics and 10stars' j.623C>RC third hit>6A>623B>daifunka
  23. True that. I love picking up people rolling into me with 2A>5B>j.A>j.C, it's such a snappy looking combo. The BNB from before is my favorite in terms of looks, not practicality. I agree with you 100% about oki from the basic BNB. Also, I love how you can do a d.5A at the end into a tech trap j.623C sometimes as a mixup.
  24. Yeah, 6A does more. Make sure you have time to do it though, sometimes you won't if you had a 2D on an aerial foe and you have to jump higher to knock them back down with j.d. My favorite BNB is 5A>5B>2B>623B>d.5A>5B>j.A>j.B>623B
