Milln: I'll call or text you when I get free of work and am in charge of the rest of my weekend. Hopefully we can hang out and finally play some games. You remember that random guy that came looking for me at the last event, ? I found out who it was. Oddly enough, he is why I got my start. His name is Jeff. Back when around the time that MK2 came out for the SNES, I really got to know this guy. We had seen each other around at the arcade often, so he invited me over to play some SNES. I didn't have one, so I was on it. This is where my life changed. He had built an arcade stick for his SNES. He was 15, lived in a trailer in the middle of the boonies, grew up ghetto farm mechanic backwoods mostly. Awesome guy. He understood game mechanics really well. So I built a stick, and we started to play. Alot. He was always better than me, but he stopped playing Between SF Alpha 1 and Xmen vs. Street Fighter. We're supposed to hang out in the next few weeks, and play some fighting games.

Are there games at Milln's this saturday? If so, I could get the stick to him, and he'll have it for you at Final Round. I have a red and a blue stick, so I'm pretty sure you've used at least one of them. If there is an April MTG, I'll do my best to be there as usual, but my Saturday morning and afternoon work schedule take my highest priority, so I'd probably be there late. As for travel to power up, Megabus to Indianapolis has potential to be more problems than it's worth. I can take 3 in my car. Naimat should drive, he has a fucking station wagon. I'll start researching my mini bus this week, and see how many handjobs I gotta give to get it. I'm really trying to be proactive in the FGC again this year. I'm really nowhere the player or as much fun as I was 3 years ago. I should start telling random stories from most of everyone's prepubescent years. Power Up news. Housing for our group confirmed. The facts are these. There is a hotel room for the weekend with MTN's name on it. Kyle and I are shouldering the cost. Pitch us a few bucks if you can afford it, don't even fucking worry about it if you can't. That's about it. We would be in a 3 room block with both of the Ohio and friends crew. So that's done. Who can drive, and who has transportation issues? I could possibly get a 15 passenger bus, but I really don't want to do that if we can get the drivers and handle it that way.

Lee spits the truth. I'm Hype AS FUCK for Extend. I'm totally in love with what Valk has become, and I'm going to murder you bitches with him. Also, play everything. Play what you like. Play a little of what you don't like. Chances are is that if you really love FG's, you'll be playing them for a decade or more. I"ve played literally, around 100,000 matches at this point. I don't regret the 2,000 matches of Tekken 2, or whatever it was. Just play, it'll make you better. Playing is probably always more fun that bitching about what you don't wanna play on forums anyway.

Chase, can you host on Saturday night too? I can bring two setups easily with me (CRT's PS2 game) but I don't want to get a room just for that. I will if I need to tho.

Good shit Yesterday Lee. I don't know what more of you don't come. I played lots of KoF yesterday. Missed the tournament, but casuals were easy. SCV casuals were begging to be played, on the fuggin' mega TV.

It's essentially certain I will not attend Final Round. I could be there Saturday night about 9 PM, not sure it's worth it. Every speech I have in college left everyone either totally confused or either offended or laughing. Do the farts thing, man.

Lee: Do you need a 360 until Final Round? I won't be touching mine until at least after then. Does anyone else need any PS3 type equipment to practice for Final Round. For power-up there is a chance I can get a 15 passenger mini-bus (for a no homo favor) which means it would just be gas split. Probably won't happen, but would be cool if it did.

Doromac: Love the music. Love EX3. Combos were cool too. Lumin: nearly 900 for 4 stock HDM is good if you can rip it out pretty well. I'd run that shit. I don't know shit about EX Kyo, but the numbers seem good. I trolled on the tier list because (in my opinion) arguing a tier list is a grand waste of time. Hit box stuff, frame data, how to beat a move with a character, totally a good idea to discuss, but to have a to and fro about what chara ranks were does nothing to improve yourself or anyone who reads it. It don't hurt to know the general 'how good is this chara' tier ideas, but past that I see it as utterly worthless. It makes me salty. I'm also getting a little salty because I'm old man, it's a different gaming world, and I just don't get you crazy ass kids. No hate goes without saying. I'll get cracking on plans to make Power Up more affordable for you guys. I was a little sad face that none of MTN came to play with the OH crew Saturday night, but I know some had to go or give rides and maybe the invite wasn't strong enough. Klein, I hope you enjoyed it, I love hotel games. So much fun.

Milln should be S+ rank for all the work he puts in. Chandler makes S for the videos. I played SCV last night, got ran all night but enjoyed it and I really like Zwei.

Had lots of fun last weekend. Shouts to everyone, really. I played like ass all day, then had my little nap and played wonderfully the rest of the night. Gear and VS and KOF... oh shit, what great games. Looking forward to Extend too. Just for Niamat, I plan on finishing my combos on Extend. Volpe - yeah man, we can play, bring Star too, whatever. Saturday evening and all day Sunday are my best bets. I can probably host a pre FR gathering if people wanted to do it. FR is very very iffy for me still, looking more like a no go than a go go. Sux. I'm still haven't been able to secure the time off for this, but i"m working on it. Kinda like last year, when I can confirm for it, I'll confirm 3 full GG setups and host casuals in the evening. I would love to be able to do more to support Final Round, it's a top tier event when it comes to trying to ensure a great time for all. I hope to join the official hype train soon.

Well, I don't but I get 4 hours of x2.5 pay scale multiplier and on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays, I get another 2 hours of x4.0+ SUPER BONUS DENSETSU GAIDEN, so yeah.
