I am sorry if this has alread ybeen asked/answered. Couple questions: Mei-Fang: Purely rushdown? I have gotten her IAD combos down pretty good, but I am now trying to find ways to approach well with her, she just doesn't seem to have very good range/speed except for her j.c. Also, which arcana is best selection with Mei-Fang? I started with Lang Gong but want to mess around with Dieu Mort, just not sure if that would be a waste of time or not lol. Fiona: Best arcana choice? I have been usign the default Oreichalkos, it seems to suit her well with the shield, good projectile super and damage up stuff. But, i'm a newb ^_^.

I'm going to Omaha this weekend, MAY go to NEC still, not 100% out of the water, Final Round for sure, and Evo of course, maybe texas. I will tearing the trail up in 08, so you will see me. Combofiend's switch makes sense. Slayer is just.....better. In all honesty. He doesn't share the weaknesses ABA has, and pretty much plays the same way, maybe a little more turtle based, but I think that's preference. He also reaps more rewards for less tension. A smart switch if your looking to win and don't care who you use. Not my style though . I totally agree that Jam has the favor against ABA. her various frame traps, ability to do damage and knockdown any time she touches you, and the ease of parrying ABA's most important moves just don't add up to ABA having the favor here. Seriously, a mis-timed or mis-placed danzai will kill you. She has a excellent anti-ABA move in 2s. Just too many weapons leaves aba playing catch-up. And don't even ask about normal mode against Jam >_<. Other then that Moroha hwo did you play? Who did you beat? Who did you lose to? Details son .

yeah I don't know what the hell was going on with my FRC's. Been doing the tedious practice lately so I should be more consistent with them. 2s is still somewhat foreign to me as I never really tried applying it until recently. it's a absolutely fantastic move, but it's range is really hard to read right now, so whiffing it happens a lot to me. I've been kind of topsy turvy lately about the unblockable. I'm starting to use it mostly as a mindfuck, and don't really care if I get a combo afterwards or not. You should see how stupid people start acting/reacting after getting hit by it. You are correct though sir. I need to do them closer to reap the rewards when it does actually hit. And for some reason I usually go for the dash jump throw combo midscreen all the time. I don't know why, that's really stupid of me actually lol. Guess it's just habit >_<. I'll most likely start doing something simpler. Oh and Moroha, Mid screen throw 2hs danzai for burst eating doesn't seem to work all the time for me. A lot of times the burst will just go through danzai......Don't really know how to explain it as I haven't tried it in a while, but am I supposed to delay danzai after 2hs? During Okizeme, is using dandy step outside the first move a good idea? For instance: 2d, knockdown, p dandy, delayed it's late(semi-perfect meaty style). This is how I use the dandy after knockdown, as the very first part of the mix-up/blockstring 2d, knockdown, s©, s, p dandy, under pressure. I don't like this at all because of how many people can spot dandy's and punish on reaction. The only reason i can see for using dandy's in the middle of pressure is perhaps a FRC 2hs. Wondering if my logic is correct here or i am just trying to play it too safe.

Also 2d. I catch Potemkin with this more then any other move while backdashing, and it knocks down for FB fireball Oki traps, etc.

Sounds like a timing or positioning issue. Make sure when that 2s makes contact your buffering in the SJ as early as possible. Also, make sure you are superjumping towards the opponent. j.k doesn't have good horizontal range, so you have to be close.

Moroha, I do have a honest question for you though. How did it feel in normal mode going against those guys? I noticed that you didn't spend a whole lot of time in normal mode, and was wondering if you felt forced into moroha or if it was just anxiousness. Thanks.

Just saw the vids, nicely done . One thing I did notice. After the second rekka, count on people to shake out. This might just be my preference, but since it's not guaranteed just do the third Rekka into whatever IMO. I liked your Moroha mode a lot, but that color is shitty . j/k, you played really well against Anji also, I think he is a big problem for ABA. Again nicely done.
