@ Combo talk- I really think you guys underestimate combos and their importance. It's important to know how to approach and how to react in certain situations, but if you can't consistently capitalize on the opportunities you're given and your opponent can, they can make a LOT more mistakes than you and still win the game. Just look at Marvel. That game is basically about getting a single hit and knowing how to kill your opponent after it. Personally, I always try to learn damaging combos off good hit-confirms first, then mix-ups, then approaches, then fancier stuff. But I don't expect other people to do the same. I think the way you approach things like this ends up influencing your own unique playstyle, so there's no right or wrong way to do it. Maybe that's just me though. *Shrug* REAL TALK. But nah, I'm gonna let you THINK you're gonna IK me. I'll let you stun me on purpose. But I'll have already gone into IK mode myself, I'll go into "OH SHIT I'M STUCK IN JIN'S CT ICE" mode, and use my IK's invincibility to go through your IK and kill you with mine. Or just learn Order Sol and combo into it. Both are legitimate possibilities.

Like, really. What the fuck. Astaroth- Potemkin/Kanji/Cerebella are your new calling. You just don't know it yet. Star/Naimat- I don't know about you guys, but I couldn't care less about where a game rests in a tournament's "line-up." If there's a tournament for a game I care about going on, it wouldn't make a bit of difference to me if it's a main event or a side tournament. I'd show up to compete in it anyway. You're not going to turn away weeaboo fgts by calling their game a "side event" or something. If anything, that'll only attract HIPSTER weeaboo fgts. So just call what's in the line-up "the line-up" and compete in it if you want.

As long as Blazblue can be reconsidered once BB3 comes out, I'm okay with this. I'm hype for P4 and GG, and once I get my KoF back, I'll be putting more effort into that as well. I'll be disenchanted by Skullgirls until that balance patch comes out. And I hate to break it to you guys, but I'll be taking our first *real* Guilty Gear tournament. Sorry vets. Welcome back Volpe! We were really worried about ya, dood. It's good to have you back. And if by "miss Jackie getting his cherry popped" you mean "miss Jackie getting super fucking high on laughing gas/whatever-they-put-in-the-IV-when-you-get-your-wisdom-teeth-taken-out/Oxycodone," then... Yeah, you missed it. Speaking of which, I have a bit of a funny story regarding that. I haven't weighed myself in some time, so when they gave me the sheet of information to fill out, I put "180?" I figured it was close enough, and if there was any doubt, they'd just weigh me in the back or something. Yeah, that didn't happen, and it turns out I weigh 141.5. I got about 40 extra pounds worth of whatever was in that IV. I.E., I was fucked up after that.

Also, in BB/P4A related news, there's been a discovery regarding Same Move Proration. Apparently if you use the same move 10 times in one combo, using the move again from the 11th time onwards doesn't apply SMP any more. They might be less lenient, but you don't need to do anything before them to buffer them. You can literally just walk up to somebody and Potemkin Buster combo like half his health away. Plus, unlike Tager's command grab, it's throw invincible from the 1st to the 16th frame. Plus, he has an air Potemkin Buster. Plus, his version of Sledge eats projectiles and turns them into one of his own. Plus, his pressure game makes it so that whenever you DO land a command grab, it does a fuckton more damage. I'm already scared of facing your Potemkin. >_>
