http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v645/kriaser/Projects/PatrickBurch_painting2nolines.jpg It's originally a lot bigger. I had to crop it so photobucket would accept it. I think it was originally around 4000x7000 pixels or something?

I wouldn't of done my final digital painting project as a rotoscope repainting of Nu if she wasn't. That shit took me like 16 hours since I had to redo a lot of sections. I'm hoping I can still play Lambda pretty much the same way I do now and still be viable. I don't think it'll be that big of a transition. I think I'm gonna get on BB to kill some time though.

http://www.ustream.tv/channel/teamspooky They're streaming again, nothing special going on right now. Yeah I fought him, but I did pretty poorly I thought. My Haku still needs a lot of work apparently. Somehow Ragna is able to dash after a Whiffed 2C or 6C and still get me during the recovery frames or the internet is just being a douche and I'm not blocking. I try to take the internet not too seriously. I know most of the things people are doing are just random crap that just happens to hit because I'm playing on reaction, not prediction. And the internet fucks that up for me.

Hmm... I know Sagat's Scar move is similar to Makoto's install, so I can't say it's not impossible but he doesn't have much of a manner to set it up. I'm sure it's just a 2 or 3 rotation that eats meter and is prorated to all hell for crap damage. But who knows! Maybe Sagat is going to get back at Akuma for his infinite =p

Jin is a weird one. He has a lot of play styles and so many get out of jail free shit. Not to mention freebie ice stuff if it happens to clip you. I got frozen from a max range 6C hitting Jin's 5D. I was a bit mad. Also, get into the hype. You know you want to lobby with me and Rathi and hang out with the awesome kids.

Well, Super is suppose to be much more aggressive and the damage has been toned down on basically everyone. So, you can't really get much damage from just turtling. It'll just end up not in your favor. Against your Jin, I was morely just confused lol. I haven't played a good Jin in a while with my Nu, so it's really an awkward match up. I haven't had much trouble with Jins lately with Haku, but with Nu it seems silly. It's like I said last night, if I can't do melee against someone with Nu, it's hard for me to play her since I don't focus on zoning. Something to work on though. But yeah, Jin has a lot of options for getting in close against a zoner Nu. But most zoner Nus aren't that hard to get in on anyway unless they do use melee.

To continue on about the SF4 c.mk > hadou, the motions would look like 6 (moving foward) 32 c.mk (as the c.mk is performing, reset to neutral) 5, 236HP for Hadou. So, like 632 c.mk 5 236 HP. I apply the same thing with Haku when I poke with his 2A or 2B. This way, at least in CT, I won't mix up 236A with 623A. In CS though, 236A is changed to 214A. Still helpful to learn all of this though.

Yeah, learning to reset to neutral is a big thing. It'll come naturally though. Just be aware of it as you're starting up the game. I usually put myself in a mind set as I start up my xbox. Like, "okay, last time I screwed up a lot on , this time I'm going to be aware of that". Examples where that I was being too aggressive with Haku, particularly in the wrong ways. Relying on IAD too much or not using his 623A as a dash > throw, etc. Once you're aware of your troubles, your body does the rest to correct it. In SF4, when I played Akuma and Ken, doing a c.mk into Hadouken is a great way to poke, but I would ride the gates a lot and end up doing SRKs after a c.mk. Resets to neutral or doing exact motions are what fix this. I'm sure you'll get the hang of it. Constant exposure is what'll help you get used to it faster.

He was kinda trolling some matches, but when he did try to troll, he'd eat his mistakes. You know, j2C is really effective for the most part. It's only ineffective against Litchi from what I've seen, but that's where jC comes into play when you're in CS. Gotta love a mid-screen poke tool. Kilabeep is pretty good with mix ups. We talked a lot on that and how he was performing and how he doesn't use the command grab enough. He also said he's still getting used to bumpers, but I normally wouldn't let him use them since we'd be all over the screen, dodging and all that stuff. Shit that we do in our melee matches of my Nu vs your Haku. He's fun though. Remember, you can buffer DP motions if you hold forward. Like, it would look like a 636 motion. BB does read diagonals (like 3) as 6 and 2. That's how you can IAD so fast if you press 9 then 6. Same applies to DP motions. Give it a whirl if you think it'll help.
