Well, not to be rude but iverson617 wasn't that amazing of a Nu anyway. Just a real zoner, even during a Nu vs Nu fight. It's not hard to deal with, but I did screw up a lot of jump in timing, which is where he got most of his damage off. Otherwise, once I was in, he was very predictable since he never used A buttons.

I play on my 28" monitor, so I dont really have TV lag issues but I know what you mean. If you play on standard non-HD tvs, there's generally an input lag on the display. I've heard some HD tvs even have lag times. But getting the 6D on the pole landing on me, then 6C > DD was just amazing. I wouldn't doubt he threw his controller that time since he lost to me three times prior, but almost had me this time.

Well, I wouldn't say regularly, but I was able to get it. I kept trying the throw > 236A > 623A > 2C combo, but I could only get it once in training and while I played some ranked I was able to get it but whiffed the 2C just short. Haku certainly is fun. It just takes a bit more patience than I'm used to. I did fight an annoying Noel who turtled, but she became easy mode once I had a life lead. She'd try silly rush downs and run into 6C > DD

Ha, I can't blame him for hating Nu mirrors. A lot of talentless Nu's can still put up a good fight against mine just because they're playing Nu. I certainly sound cocky there. I don't think my Haku is too bad really. I need the match up experience for the most part. I know how to land hits and hit confirm his stuff and how to link his specials, etc. I was working on his 623AA combos for a while. They're still a bit weird for me on timing the 623AA > jC. But once I get that down, I pretty much have the jump cancel from the 2C down rather well. Everyone just seems to turtle against Haku after getting a life lead... it's a bit annoying since I don't know very good approaches with him still once people run away. Unless it's Nu. She's easy to get in on since I main her...

I know of the 2B > grab thing, I just never got used to it. It's hard to use against mAc since he's crazy good at using 2D counters. Anyone other than Haku I'd probably give it a try. I was thinking of just trying more TK Feints or after a j214D knockdown just do a 214DC spike chaser and follow the wave of swords into more mix ups. Sadly, when it comes to online, I only have to use random 236D or 236DC saw blades to catch people.

I'm actually having a bit of trouble working on what to do after knockdowns. If I ended an air juggle with j214D, normally I like to rush up to them and be in range of a 2147D TK saber and work on some mind games there, but a lot of the time people don't tech very fast so it throws off my attempts sometimes. Also, working on a new trick. Using the air juggle jC > j2C > jC > j2C, end it there and land, and attempt to get a 6A on them as they're falling after their tech. Kind of like what Noel, Ragna and Rachel like to do. Thoughts on this? I did it in one of the videos with mAc.

Having mAc as a sparring partner really helps. Since he actually knows how to block, it forces me to learn on a constant basis or he'll just destroy me. Oddly enough, my rush down only really works on players who know how to block. Most online people are always pressing buttons, so I have no point in doing it when all I need is D.

Yeah I played your brother. Sheverin or something right? When he picked Tager I was like.. wat? I kind of felt bad for playing the way I did. My break lasts all week until the 22nd. I only have 4 hour night shifts all week, so I don't have much to worry about in regards to not being able to play.

http://d.hatena.ne.jp/video/niconico/sm9986791 Great display of some Haku awesomeness in CS.

Yeah. I noticed a good amount of spots where I need improvement. I'm pretty certain I picked up a few spots where I could Counter Assault too. Beware! =D I wouldn't worry on CS too much. Haku basically moved over rather smoothly, so you're not missing much. Except 236A is 214A now and you can make micro black holes. But once you perfect doing the 623AA combos, you're good to go for a lot of Haku's stuff in CS.
