  1. Gah, as if I didn't already have enough things to practice. Guess I'll try to learn this too. Would be a great mixup instead of always having to tele behind or away.
  2. Nu is so annoying :\ Nice to see him wrecking with that 2B, they're so good with it. How did he do that j2A > 5B > air combo? o_O Does that just have weird timing? I can't seem to get it to work.
  3. The timing isn't very hard at all. I'm having more issues getting the jA after the D to combo into the Dive loop than I am landing the D itself, but I've gotten it a few times, so I can attest to the fact that it's legit. It's super easy with the 6A, but I'm going to assume that prorates a lot more.
  4. I thought the triple dive loop had a much higher proration rate than jA>jC>jD > C loop.
  5. It's kinda cool how simply Arakune's combos into 6C loop are started, heh. It must take quite a good feel to time the A bugs to hit off the throw. The actual combo into loop isn't even that hard after you get that A bug hit.
  6. Yeh, I understand the concept of it, I just don't really understand which of Ara's moves prorate more or less atm. Thanks for the info though, sir.
  7. I don't know much about prorating yet, but is there any particular reason why 2b > 6a > c loop is less preferable to those other ones you have listed up there?
  8. It's by no means one of Arakune's good moves, but off a hard read or to finish a corner trap it is actually quite good.
  9. On grounded/cursed opponents you can do 2b > 6a > basketball combo as much as you want (it'll degenerate the damage from the loop though) > c loop after an A bug hit > recurse
  10. The block strings would help me a lot. I already use copious amounts of 2B, but sometimes I attempt to use it when I think it's safe to use but turns out it isn't.
  11. Stop joining the Mic rooms, lol.
  12. Sorry about that :P Just wanted to make sure it was legit. I usually use it as an additional mixup, particularly if I notice that the Nu players are attempting to punish me as I jump. I didn't mean to ONLY do that, but to throw them in as well, once the Nu player has been conditioned into believing they have your patterns read. If it has to be perfect timing than I may just have gotten lucky XD
  13. Is that true even if she's in the middle of a D move when you teleport? She can get the C out before you can do any sort of poke?
  14. Is there any reason you (copperdabbit) never attempt to bait some D swords and approach at the same time by using the 214 A (in vids posted)? I've had pretty good success with it.
  15. So I'm pretty new to this game, learned the combos and am now in the process of attempting to incorporate them in high paced matches (I seem to have issues doing the close range, non 2C > RC combo, and starting the 6C loop after jC > jD). Are there any combos aside from the aforementioned one that are useful and effective on cursed opponents? A particular favorite of mine is (not at the edges of the stage), 2B > 6A > C loop, or you can just basketball them 4 or 5 times after the 6A and then end it with a C loop > recurse. I seem to find plenty of use for it b/c of how people desperately attempt to get the curse off them, and 2B being generally amazing.
