  1. i think it has more range in cs2 than cs1. at least that's what it feels like to me. though its probably has the same hitbox..
  2. this matchup sucks. anyone else find his 3c ridiculous? it has deceptively long range. also, when you're stuck in his j.c mashing in the corner? if you tech in the air, he can put you right back in it.
  3. Stopped by south town today because I was in the city, and they didn't have a cab because it was broken. Their choice was between KOF13 and CS2, an they chose 13. They said it'll probably be back next week or something. "just follow our twitter," he said... Hopefully it'll be fixed by Sunday.
  4. woo, i'm totally hitting up South Town on friday, since i'm in town. though i'll probably get trashed because i'm a d-pad player rather than a stick player. haha. hopefully i'll see a few of you guys there.
  5. i believe you need a 5c before the 236c. dunno about the other one. for some reason, i'm having difficulties doing the jdd j2dd djdd dj2dd on some occasions. is there a case where you can't land all 4 every time? or am i just doing the timing wrong?
  6. yeah, messing around on psn, currently just mashing 5cccccccc > 6c > 236c in the corner and praying it won't tech. haha. did some pretty legit 4b mid screen stuff though. can't play for extended periods because my thumb hurts too much. rush down characters hurt a lot. especially since the BAD doesn't work well any more, with all the new air unblockables...
  7. what made Goro so good was his ability to zone. seeing as it stayed pretty much the same from cs1 to cs2, i think he would be just as effective. his melee game was never his strong point though, so i guess he would be outdone by other /\s. for some reason, i don't think Naga's /\ is that good. from what i've seen, he makes pretty simple mistakes.
  8. Tsukasa is arguably the best active /\? Goro switched and i don't know what happened to Minori (or w/e his name was..) also, /\'s ca sucks balls.

  15. i'm finding myself enjoying every video where Hazama loses. very much like i enjoyed Bang losing in CS1.. also, Makoto gets 6 heat per level 3 drive landed? wow.
  16. ^^ nah, with Nu's parser (or whatever it was called), she could easily escape pressure. that, and 2c beat out like everything.
  17. a good 4b combo is something like 4b > 6a > tk > 5dd > 236c > dash > 2dd > tk > 5dd > finisher. also, i'm pretty sure /\'s throws are the same regardless if its a back throw or a forward throw. normally its something like throw > dash > 6a > 5cccccc > 6c > 236c > etc. though in cs2, i've seen some sick 4b combos, but i don't remember what they are. something like 4b > 5cccc > 6c> 236c > etc.
  18. your notation is a bit off. its not jump cancel but double jump. that's a well known combo as its been used since CT, but since they nerfed her c damage in CS, there are viable options off a 4b.

  20. he has better zoning than mu and /\ with much less backswing, mostly better normals than the rest of the cast, the highest mobility, what i think is the highest average damage per combo (basically CT level damage), and crazy meter gain. if anything, they should have increased his recovery from using chains like they did Nu to /\. the matchup between him and /\ looks absolutely horrible.
