  2. kenja, he was commenting on my post. anywho, there's no need for a 4b crossover because you can still do the same combo from the same side. the cross under was 2dd something something something, i think you can still do that just without the cross under.
  3. i guess i can live with c-tier for a game. at least Nu's back in BB3... honestly, if they gave back (some of) her zoning tools from CT, i'd be okay with a shittier defensive game, because we already put up with that in CT. but removing a reversal and not giving any more options is just stupid.
  4. 4b looks like it sends them away from you. can combo straight into 2dd. 214a lost its invincibility. still has recharge meter. how retarded.

  10. i would speculate that his is actually a fairly okay matchup. he's quick moving, but it also seems like he has a ginormous hitbox and can be zoned "easily." it'll be interesting to see how his wolf form can take on swords.

  14. the 236b change makes no sense. its like they don't want her to be able to push enemies away. that'd be okay if they gave her better melee tools, but you know how that works... though if they gave back old 2c, i would be fine with 236b being shittier.
  15. if there's a new input/output system, doesn't that mean a partial engine rewrite, which means the download patch is going to be HUGE? or i/o as in new arcade equipment?

  18. so i youtubed stunedge for fun, and the first thing that came up was him (jin) vs goryus. my god, Nu was so much faster than /\ (yes, the video was sped up).. and they basically halved her normal damage now i remember why i was so unhappy with CS when it came out. what are the chances they put the old parsers back in for /\ (even as a CH)?

  20. personally, i want them to change 236d. what a pile of trash that move is. also, maybe old 2c... i'm dreaming.. @arcade she doesn't suck ass, just has some obvious faults that you may or may not be able to play around, depending on the opponent.
  21. in a way, i don't really want her to become "better" since i've adjusted to how she plays now. maybe some slight melee buffs and changes to startups and backswings might help. but hey, if they want to make her stronger, i'm not going to complain. december can't come fast enough!
  22. wait, so the game will run even slower? jesus. i had a hard time transitioning from CT to CS because the game was already slower. haha. either way, its still only a loketest, so they're bound to change stuff again. remember /\ had 2 primers?
  23. yeah, you have an over reliance on her CA, which is pretty horribad. also, don't se 5d to zone unless they're dashing at you. learn to IAD instead of jump then dash. it'll save you a lot of time and distance. also, work on her standard combo finisher which is jdd > dj2dd > j214d. you're doing something like jdd > j2dd so you're dropping it.
  24. hmm, so straight up j2dd > j214d~c > j2dd combo together? like if you use j2dd for zoning? i know its possible to do it in the standard combo finisher but i didn't know it could be done "standing"
  25. i don't think the two jdd combo though. its just a way to keep them locked down. (could be wrong. haven't played since i went back to home) thanksgiving needs to come faster
