You just have to make it count once you escape. Man, I feel disoriented though. I've been playing Mu players so much the last few months and no Lambdas that I was trying to move around against her like it was Mu. Kept trying to avoid her C attacks by instinct. Took a while before I started getting back into the swing of it. Also was expecting more Calamity Sword. It feels like we are starting back at step one.

There are plenty of good spots to green burst against her. Just have to not do it at the stupid places. Do it right before you get picked up into the air, or when she is near you. Sometimes a notification will pop up RIGHT at the key moment of a match and then I'll get 720'd or something, but that's just salt talking.

They only worked because you have so much experience with gold bursting. I, on the other hand, fly at you like a flailing elephant carrying a stack of plates and just spill them all over the floor.

GG Toan, would've stayed longer but I was already on for a while and I gotta go eat. Nemesis wanted to play you after we were done though. Our matches aren't even serious anymore. :P Just sword cutting and gold bursting everywhere.

Nah it is. My friend mashes ID all day just to get the input out, I do it once and clash, I eat the next ID since I did nothing after the clash.

I just tested the MTW > 2C clash idea. The j.D never comes out and I have enough time to land and block. ead tager

Ctrl is actually relatively new as far as people I've been playing with. 200 matches is just the tip of the iceberg.

It's because MTW's animation covers everything up. You never even see the clash animation.

Maybe Ada volunteered to stop Relius from using Carl instead.

It's like Lambda 2C is following me through the game. It's a curse. Also, can you cancel clash into anything, or just specials?

It might not actually be a clash. Maybe Hotaru is just hitting the MTW's super armor, and that lets you cancel into j.D? Except normally you can't go straight into j.D unless it's off a clash. > If the clashed move has multiple hits and you do not cancel your attack, the latter attacks will come out. Or maybe this is the relevant part. MTW has like 100 hits, Hotaru clashes with just 1 and before you know it that window has closed.

Last I checked in the general discussion it was looking grim, but it's still up in the air.

But I like fighting you. Who will I have gold burst shenanigans with now. MTW keeps going, you can't cancel out of it. Only Hotaru. You only rapid after the first counter.
