Yeah that is pretty much what I do too.

Well, mashing tech in CP is worse than holding the tech button. Because if you are going to mash tech, you have to hit the tech button at the exact moment that it is possible to tech. If you're mashing you are hitting it imprecisely and it's possible to just overshoot or undershoot that split second where you can tech. Whereas if you are just holding the button down you are constantly ready to go the instant the moment is available.

That method rarely works for me in practice though. I zone and zone and chip away at his life and then he touches me once and makes up for all of it. I do better when I zone until I get a knockdown and then I win off mixup. But that's me, not dealing with JP Tagers. Generally I feel that it's better to kill him when you can though than to nip him a few times and give him time to make a comeback. But that's definitely going to be harder in CP up close.

lol I remember one post I was reading where the guy was like MAN THIS FUCKER ON RANKED SUCKED and then he posted and the response was WHOA I DIDN'T KNOW YOU GO TO DUSTLOOP and suddenly everything was better. That's pretty much how it is in every group and with people you know VS people you don't. You like the people in the group more than the people outside of the group. It's pretty much impossible to censor yourself about every possible person who might be possibly offended. Besides, most of the time when people get trashed it's because they did something retarded.

Continuing the Tager discussion. All the match vids I've seen VS Tager involve him bodying Haku, so I dunno. Haku can pour his stars to get damage, but it ends up being 4-5k which is pretty much what Extend Haku gets anyway. Not much change there.

Well, we all know what's best around here. A few comments here and there won't kill anyone, but we can move the Tager talk to the general thread.

Tager was always actually an even-ish matchup for us despite Tager bitching. He had an advantage over us in CT and it's been like 5-5 ever since. And he is even better in CP so I have a feeling that it'll still be a close matchup if not better for Tager.
