It's possible the guide is wrong. I definitely know that if you neutral tech you can get snagged by a 720 before you can jump. Although it depends when you do it with the super flash... we will need Axis to confirm how it works again with those 720s.

you cant really turtle in CS with hakumen anyway you could only turtle in CT because you could just sit there like a tank and 6A the shit out of anyone that tried to get close, and you were strong up close even if they got in in CS you have to constantly adjust your spacing to keep them at max range so its more like zoning

the better to troll with you can only really turtle if your opponent is letting you just get away with poking them to death if the other person is good enough then it stops being a real option

A good Tager will get in eventually. What's important is how you deal with it when he's on top of you.

Money is just a representation of your time. It lets you translate the time you spend doing tasks that somebody might not necessarily want into something another person will accept in exchange for their own time. If you can get buy without needing other people's time though then you can cut out the middleman. But that's what makes it different than a barter system. If you're a blacksmith and nobody needs any blacksmithing you're up the creek.
