About 720, if Tager does a 720 while you are on the ground or when you are neutral teching, you can do a wake-up gravity well for a FC. You can also just hold up if you lack gravity meter.

One thing to note, Tager's 5D has 28 frames of blockstun. His 236B has 35 frames of start-up. So we can always 5A out of his 5D->236B blockstring without IB.

The only thing in the video I can see giving someone who has mained Nu and CS1 Lambda trouble is the 214A->5C. And if that is your issue, just go with 2DD or dash 6A and you should be fine until you get the timing down for 5C. It might help us if you told us what combos into particular you were having trouble with.

Got home and just tested a few things. 4B is safe if you don't do it point blank range(although why would you do it at that range anyway). And I have to retract my statement about 236C being punishable on normal block by every character. I had tested it on IB, not normal and the pushback of 236C actually makes it safe if they normal block it.

Somethings I think are important changes: 236B is now -1(-4 on IB), so while we lost some frame advantage, it is no longer punishable on IB. 236C is now punishable on normal block by every character. 214A/B/C can be punished on IB by characters with 5 frame jabs IIRC. 6D travels further on the screen making Lambda's zoning even better. Her air dash backwards travels a further distance. And I believe her 4B is now a safe overhead due to the increased attack level and pushback it causes but I will test this once I get home to make sure.

Some of us are just waiting for LK to get CS2 experience before we start asking him questions again.

Are you serious? You do realize that is how a fighting game should be played. You get hit, you eat a combo. If you don't want to get combo'd, have better footsies and block when under pressure.

In CS1, it was +2 on normal block and -3 on IB. In CS2 it is -2 on normal block, and -5 on IB, I believe. So you can see why Valk players don't think it is a fair trade.

For the 2nd combo, I'm pretty sure the one in the first post does more damage from the same starter. Is there some reason why this one is better? For the 3rd combo, why wouldn't you do 6A after the RC?

I understand that but I thought Tempest meant that it is a waste of money to compete in a tournament and lose, which I disagreed with. However, since Tempest elaborated, I see I misunderstood him. lol. You just indirectly insulted everyone who uses low-tier or non-tourney viable characters.

Since you are supporting the scene, you really shouldn't view it as throwing your money away...
