  1. The 5C > Rising j.B loop didn't work on Rachel and Bang, so you'd have to use Sekkajin against them.
  2. Neveeeeeeer I gotta say that I'm curious as to how much use Sekkajin gets in this iteration. Just a few more days.
  3. lol, those Drive nerfs sound hilarious. Hey at least you still have TK/hop Tsubaki lol.
  4. What? Did Hakumen get hit hard by the nerf bat too?
  5. That thing is probably a SMP move lol
  6. She's the little girl that lives with Yu in Persona 4.
  7. The instant tech on Plat's Mami is guaranteed as seen here. Dunno if that's an universal thing for all SMP moves or not, I'll watch some more videos and try to confirm (unless someone knows already lol).
  8. It's not looking too good for Jin. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that 5C pushes the opponent back into the corner after 5B, so trying to do the 5B corner cross-up with 5B > 5C will most likely not work. Here's to hoping that IAD j.236D shenanigans still work because if it they don't then Jin is pretty much fucked when it comes to mix-up lol. JC j.2C > j.C can only take you so far and his overhead still requires meter to be useful. That and he lost his consistent, anywhere damage. Definitely not looking good for him, we'll just have to wait and see what Japan can do with this new Jin.
  9. Yup, they took the all-or-nothing approach. Blame the people that learned how to exploit the previous SMP system lol. For me it means that Mami finisher with Plat in the corner is a no-go, so there goes her oki. Well that's unless j.236AAA knockdown is strong enough to allow a Bubble oki setup.
  10. Yup, we don't even need the frame data to tell which moves have SMP or not. Although being able to tech immediately after getting hit by the same SMP move twice will deter people from using it again in the same combo at all, unlike in the previous games where you could get away with using the same SMP move twice as long as it had a reasonable SMP rate.
  11. Yeah, that thing has been around since the 1st location test and if you hit the opponent with the same SMP move twice, they'll be able to tech immediately after getting hit the 2nd time. Also, DIEBUSTER Nono Nu would be kinda cool.
  12. Yeah, I don't see the resemblance to any of his current palettes either. Jin's anime reference is obviously Viletta from Code Geass using his purple palette. Purple attire with gold trims, silver hair, dark skin, lol.
  13. Huh, seems like a pretty cool character lol So which Jin palette would be associated with this character again? The second to last?
  14. Nope, what show is he from?
  15. I don't even know who that is lol
  16. I'm probably going to give Azrael a chance, that dash is too tempting lol.
  17. Meduka <3 Color 7 is also godlike. I'll have to alternate between those two like I did with black and yellow (Yamachi) Plat and red and gold (Shadow) Plat.
  18. I don't blame you, it was probably someone using Skype over here as always
  19. Exactly, instead of trying to guess block, try mashing out. It's not guaranteed but at least you're rewarded for your mashing as opposed to just eating damage for your guess blocking.
  20. Just know that mashing jab is a viable strategy when the opponent constantly leaves holes in their pressure and never tries to frame trap. The Japanese do it, LK does it, etc. Ask Errol, he's not gonna sit there and let me pressure him for days, he'll mash jab and it will knock me out of Swallow Moon. Then I have to worry about frame trapping him and that gives him a chance to DP. Now I have to watch out for his DP or his mashing. Give me stuff to worry about, just DP'ing your way out will not always work.
  21. Mash jab lol. If you mash jab then I have to worry about frame trapping you. If I try to frame trap you, my pressure gets weaker and I'm open to DPs.
  22. I forgot to say GGs the other day D_E. Why do you get so salty when you play me?
