However, 3C can lead to heavy potential damage whereas 5D does pretty much nothing but give you a bit of breathing room. 3C is a frame more punishable than 5D. However, 3C can be special canceled into something slightly more safe (236A is -6 point blank) or you can try your luck even more with a DP. 5D in the other hand, can only be canceled into the EX specials.

If you were going to bait his 5B with a back dash, then wouldn't it had been better to use your own 5B to return fire? lol It wouldn't have mattered since he used that random ass 5D hahaha. Reminds me of the times I mash A to tech, push A one too many times, and eat a netplay reset 5D lol.

IB > DP, back dash, up+back, push buttons. You don't have to mash but just don't let people bully you for free, use your options.

3C does not gating into 5D, I know at least that much lol. In the other hand, you could always cancel it into Ice Blade A to make it slightly more safe. Unless you meant after 2C? At which point you're better off going for the 3C gatling for a tight string, delayed 3C for a frame trap, 6B to reset pressure, or 236A to end pressure. You're at a range where you'll be punished if you cancel 2C into 5D, which is not worth it given 5D's risk-reward factor.

lol, why does he Burst like that so much? What I'm getting out of him when he does that is "you scum, how dare you touch me?". I remember I used to touch him with Plat 5A/2A near the beginning of the match and he would Burst immediately lol.

Hey, if Jins are doing nothing but the 2C > 6B gatling, then you should expect people to "mash". I for one am not afraid to push A after a 2C. The 2C > 3C gatling is pretty tight so you'll have to do 2C > delayed 3C if you want to frame trap. It could work as a pretty good frame trap since a 3C CH leads to good damage.

If she spaces herself at a range where 4D just barely makes contact with the opponent (at the end of its active frames), she can actually get frame advantage off of it. Other than that, she'll have to RC if she's not at optimal range.
