they nerfed the proration to mami circular as well bang is really strong right now already, expect him to get nerfed.

bang's crouching damage/damage off overhead/damage off low are all relatively equal or lower than CS1 Rachel's midscreen damage. bang however is much more complete of a character, so he has more tools to win. 6B leads into no combo unless it Counterhits or is RC'd into a sad midscreen combo (1.6k max for no oki) or around 3k in the corner. Bang's true strength resides in the corner, as he becomes much stronger and his mixup leads into 3k instead of less than 2. don't get command grabbed in the corner. also Cat chair is REALLY good in this matchup, because bang's punish combo for crouching is under 2k without meter. probably 6-4 in Rachel's favor.

i mean, atleast it has a good guardpoint still... CS1 rachel had neither. the damage was pretty ridiculous before anyways... the risk vs reward was kinda skewed againist some of the weaker characters in CS2

5D is a big buff. Crouching combos now exist. jD is a big buff. It also has lower proration. C nail is a buff. according to the BBS, Bang is really strong and people are worried about him winning with 5A/5B again like in CS1. his 2A's proration is questionably better as well. 5C daifunka still works, get some hitconfirm scrubs.

i'm personally a fan of Xie's commentary. Its very informative and easy to follow along with. Dacid's commentary has gotten alot better over time, but he goes on tangents a lot and I don't really learn much from it. He used to yell alot but i think he stopped doing that. Spirit Juice commentary is more informative than Dacid's, but often has a bit of hate and sadness in it.

I wanna learn how to use noel's normals, and tokido isn't around. I mainly just want to get the combos from him :3

i didn't actually enter or play in GG at all. I didn't even pay money to enter the tourney. I honestly don't see how it is possible that i made it on the bracket.

you could get a corner combo in a situation that you normally couldn't if you added a couple normals. so its not extremely useful. i'm looking for a lot of new combos anyways. EDIT: can't OS autoguard throw tech anymore

by doing some math with the help of a friend, we found out that fatal 5C 6A links into 5A flash hard combo for 3k off 2D midscreen 2D late jump cancel falling j4C 6C j4C jC bnail dash 5A 5C 6D for 3041 2D B bumper dash under 5B 6C 9 dash jC for 2122 2D iad backwards iad forward j4C jC 5A 5B air combo

hey i'm glad on the GG tourney being able to finish, but i wish it was a bit more organized. I changed my tournament (BB teams) start time twice (by request from you) just to prevent what ended up happening but I guess I can't really do much about it now sorry I couldn't join but i didn't expect the chaos of the tournaments overlapping to come up. see you next year
