The irony is so strong here.

If only we had recorded all those IRC chat logs in which you frequent in. It's funny how you come back, pretending like nothing ever happened.

How about you try living for the moment, it might do you some good. Please don't tell me the story behind the toy you never got as a kid.

I miss austin crew and powering up with the chums. I havent powered up in 4months but i have half bottle of energy left over. Tis not the same.

:O :O :O :O

What a comprehensive, detailed rebuttal. You should totally join the debate team.

Because, my previous post totally didn't say anything or explain as to why it's bad.

Rather than repeating myself, why not actually read my post and figure out as to why I stated what I did. If you can't figure it out, then stay free, honestly. I want to help you guys, but this is the exact attitude I'm talking about.

I love how back in the CT and CS1 days, we were friendly to you and all you did was talk shit to us. That's cute, all I did was try to help you out, but you went onto your little IRC chats and explained how we were douche bags and said how weak the Austin scene was and you went about beating us. Lol @ some of your comments explaining how you would get large win streaks.

Then a few years past, you come in being all "oh man, there's a scene here? I had no idea!" kinda thing.

Yeah right, dude. These guys may be new and not know exactly who you are, but I've been around.

Pozer, you gotta understand the anime sometimes penetrates too deeply and there's no going back. They also don't want help. If they wanted to get better it would've happened already. Also, most people who never branch out in games never have a true understanding of fundamentals that traverse across all games.

They also don't want help.

I'm all ears to suggestions/advice. I may disagree with somethings but I take everything into consideration and am open to change.

You say it like it's an overnight thing.

So I'm hungover as shit, but if I were to theoretically drive to UFO, what time should I go?

I don't need another infraction for this. See some of you guys Monday if anything goes on.

I did read your posts. You explained nothing. You're relying on blanket statements with little real reasoning to back them up. The only valid critiques you've offered are that many players will overvalue their few wins over multiple matches and that these same players suffer Dunning-Kruger due to the mindset that they can learn how to play well just from watching top players in videos. Both of these assertions are true, but you went off the deep end by saying that watching vids will actively hurt your play (which a drastic oversimplification) and that xcopying is just bad (when few players are even utilizing strats they themselves came up with, and many of those that do have mostly come up with sub-par ones). The problems don't lie in the videos themselves, but in the reliance on them over understanding what good play is. That's why it's more accurate to say players stagnate rather than deteriorate; they reach a certain level, but don't take the necessary steps to go even further. In that sense, we can agree that there's an attitude problem among Texas players (and really, American players in general), but if you're trying to help, you're going about it the wrong way. There's a difference between being real with people and just spouting shit that pops into your head, and you're honestly closer to the latter with your recent posts here.

The game is very scrub unfriendly now except maybe terumi. Combos are harder. Anti air is pretty hard unless your Rachael. Too much good to list.

I feel like combos are harder? May be unfamiliarity. Although the game is actually faster.

Isn't it just that the hitstop is shorter? I remember the general impressions being that the game's actual speed is the same, it just feels faster due to the hitstop reduction.

Not that I would know, though, since my copy didn't come in today, so I won't get it until Monday.

Fuck you, too, USPS.
