ZONG_one Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Without the auto gatling, you wouldn't be able to buffer 4D during 5B > 6B > Vivace A > 4D hit > Vivace A mix up. Getting rid of auto gatling would make me sad. Lambda's 5B 6B works the same way. It's suited for some characters, imo.
Mascarpone Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 see i buffer it 5B 2B 6B 4D vivace a c.c so the auto Gatling does nothing for me. i find the slight delay makes it reset more consistently. if i just go form 5-6B sometimes it combos and u cant really pick it up from a 12 hit ground combo :X I just feel like 6B is long enough to have time to go 4D -> 1236 A. works for me.

Just started Carl a week ago and I'm pretty bad. Last night however, I hit 5B, 6B, 6D, 5C, 3C, 2D, loops with fermata ending for the first time in an actual match! I was stoked. XD

Unstable, at very best. @Angel, no. It was CT clap trap with j.B+C > 8D. 8D was supposed to hit even if they broke the throw, (some nirvana bug where if she was going to die from that 8D, it's supposed to still come out regardless.)

ZONG_one Posted September 22, 2010 Posted September 22, 2010 Haha yeah. And it's not that reliable imo, but it will work if you have the meter, etc. I'm sure there are ways to freestyle it on other chars, since j.A is so versatile, but it's iffy.
