It's an online service that makes international shipments easier and eliminates the need to distinguish between billing and shipping addresses. You can pay in any currency, so for a store like AmiAmi that only takes Yen, you need to use Paypal to transfer funds for international shipments. It basically is a safer, easier alternative to credit card shopping. That's why it's become the standard on ebay.

Also, "A NEW ANGEL IS ADVENT" is probably the most memorable line from the series. 'Homing Cancel' would be a distant 2nd since it's a fairly fitting name. However, 'cancel' is such a common term in games. . .it's less vivid as a name and would be harder to find in search results.

Tu101uk Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Let's not blow things out of proportion like when news of the region-lock coding hit SRK's AH3 thread... ^_^;;; We're quite far along AH3's port development, with it already being October for a January 2011 release, so it would have to be a massive turnaround for ArcSystem Works to simply switch SDKs and implement it, just so that a few importers won't be tempted into buying it... It does suck for future titles (if developers and publishers decide to start using it), but, as I said in the SRK thread for AH3, it's unlikely (though still possible, mind) that this particular game will be region locked... ...of course, if it does happen, then I'll be making a call to my mate to trade PS3s... :S O-O~

Or just "Localize it." I'd still like it localized for 360 either way since I don't have a PS3.

They made the poll, they put Arcana Heart 3 up there themselves, it's leading by a huge margin. Plus, they have really strong business ties with Arc. It's just a question of: "how long will this take?"
