She gets oki after, so I'm sure it's worth the one wind up she spends during the first 3C. It prorates at 90%, so it's a good move to use before BBL.

To get close enough to get the full 6 hits on BBL. What Kro said. If you watch the video again, the times that Matsu didn't do a second 3C resulted in BBL hitting only once. Now, is this a character specific thing, or you need to do this for the entire cast?
Tari Posted March 10, 2010 Posted March 10, 2010 I believe it's character specific, and I'm not sure it even works mid-screen. It seems like 3c->BBL just does 1 hit on Hazama, unless you have a pole nearby or you're in the corner. Could be wrong about that, though.

God_Of_Olympus Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 i think it was said that cs rachel needed to rush to keep on damage, the fact that she doesn't have the tools is what makes her suck, i do agree he should've zoned but if we look at matsu vids it's much more a troll tactic, as where uate seems to have the perfect balance. edit: the problem with this rachel is he's in a CT mindset, which just won't work.

IE: Playing a little Lambda, I learned she can jump cancel 6B and 2C in block strings. So I get to predict overheads and such. Also, the way Rachel says "tiny lobelia" makes me . That's why I play her. And also, I want to beat people who talk shit about her, or people who don't play her anymore. But yeah, I main Carl.

What I do is I search for Rachel written in katakana( レイチェル ) on nico nico every once in a while, so I catch many videos that aren't of those three. They aren't as good usually, but it's better than nothing.
