I know the follow up it's ok. Phoenix talked about delaying the jakou so I came up with the idea that he didn't canceled the 4D chain with jakou but followed by A for delaying the jakou. Soriphen > so after a 4D I have to wait and cancel by jakou or just press A and launch my jakou after a delay (the opponent can tech after a A from a second chain no O_o ?)

In my case, I do cancel the 4D with A and then use Jakou, but if Fireryda says it works by canceling 4D directly into Jakou then it must also connect successfully. You must, however, wait a little bit before throwing Jakou out, as we said earlier.
Fireryda Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 well what i meant was cancel 4d straight into jakou but it really just depends on their positioning. if you're doing 4d's into jakou you normally don't cancel the last otherwise it might pop them too high but this is a special case since its 6d>4d so like it's in between :s so yeah my bad on that.

Until now I also canceled my 4D's by jakou but since phoenix talked about delay, I will try with 4DA. By the way I was training today with 6DA 4D I have a little trouble since you've got to have the right distance after the 2C ^^

I'm almost tempted to take the Jakou > j.6D~D combo. Because everyone suddenly wants to do that combo, and the timing is extremely strict. I really think we should create a FAQ. If anyone's up to the task of creating it, I'd compile a list of several questions I think people would ask and submit them.

I might be able to do the FAQ given some time and not instantly pop out 1 *scrolls down 81 pages to look for question* @Tetra - K. Jakou > j.6D~D is strict in timing. Also make sure that this combo works on that character ( Tager , Hakumen , Rachel , Arakune , Taokaka ) You can try this this for the timing, do Jakou only when the 4D is about to finish ( when the snake's mouth closes ) this should give enough time for the person to fly towards the Jakou. It might take quite some time to get use to it but, Practice makes perfect.

I just think a FAQ would make beginners' lives easier by having a place to go for learning the combos, and the veterans on the forum, but not having to continuously answering them. I cancel straight into a jakou instead of pressing A again. No point really. Just find the sweet spot of when to cancel straight into a jakou once the chain auto-retreats from a 4D cause there's a certain time frame when you could cancel as it retracts. Too late and you won't pull it off; too early and you won't benefit from the air boost.

Edit : After some sessions of training, sometimes my second chain don't connect (6D one) and when I land successfully my jakou, my j6D connect only in blue. And I'm beginning with Tager >< I think I need to have a better timing for delaying the jakou after the 6D~A By the way I'm grabbing it, will need a good week of training ><

I've seen Unlimited Hazama and, apart from taking life force if you are close to him, he does so many weird freaking moves that you would not usually do... Like... I've seen him do Jayoku Houtenjin without the flash and then randomly going into something that looks like 214D~A followed by 214D~B but without the 214D >_> It's like... whu? Nothing compared to the new Unlimited Ragna though... I mean, it's the same as the last Unlimited Ragna except about 100 times worse.

They really screwed up on the naming though, since it seems to take longer for the english phrase to come out. They should have done the same as Ragna and go with the english names from the start, even though they sound retarded: Burial Edgy or Carnegy Sizzah! It's like Hazama is a completely different person. I guess you could say that while playing the Japanese Hazama you are playing as Terumi, while the English is the actual Hazama. D:

I hope his Astral Speech changes against characters like Ragna, or Noel/Mu-12, etc. Or better yet, he has 2-3 sets of phrases he can say during his astral. I don't understand why they just kept his quotes the same from japanese. Think of Jin, he says freeze eternally in his english astral. And he hardly says the names of his moves. I think Bang should be the only one shouting his moves out in battle.

It's comboable from wallbounce after CH. Mainly use it to end blockstrings though, since it gives a fair amount of blockstun and pushes your opponent away from you.
