Like I said, most of our players won't even be at NC State this weekend, so we definitely won't mind taking a break from Arcana when it might only be 2 or 3 of us playing each other the whole time. xD

Hoping I could carpool with someone or get a Greyhound group to get the companion discount or something.

That was 100% online experience getting me the win. The game is picking up steam here though; DP was asking mad questions about it, and Kevin Michael gave me a damn good match (Litchi...who woulda thought he'd play someone with a dragon?). All of the people that hate AE are finally looking at BB, it seems.

We usually play at NC State every weekend (except not this weekend).

I found good people, friended them, and played them regularly.
