sergetrigger Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Also, I want my guard points back from CT, I prefer those more than CS sped up version of the guard points :/. QFT. I so want the damn blocked drive jc's back.
Dacidbro Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Lol. Bang isn't getting BUFFED guys, you won't be getting better guard points. The GP nerf was very much intentional, they wanted them to be a high risk counter. They're still amazing.
Dacidbro Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Tao is not harder than Chipp I'd high levels I'm pretty sure. Chipp's oki game has so much possibility and technicality. j.1k cancels ug. And of course the magical nature of FRCs. Combo wise, Tao is harder from what I've seen, mostly due to having more inputs. And I doubt Robo is easier than Hakumen. I suck at links and was doing Haku's combos (probably because they're not SFIV type :P), his zoning was pretty natural and intuitive for me, and his pressure is really simple. I think with patience and meter management, Hakumen may not even be in the later half of characters when it comes to difficulty. Robo isn't very hard either I'll admit....outside of FRCs that is. Throw those in, and that pushes him over the edge of Hakumen imo. 5hs frc I have trouble in a match or even combos, so fast. Doesn't spark play Roboky and Hakumen at really really high level? Wouldn't he know? o-o
mAc Chaos Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Lol. Bang isn't getting BUFFED guys, you won't be getting better guard points. The GP nerf was very much intentional, they wanted them to be a high risk counter. They're still amazing. I thought they BUFFED his guard points in CS? Made them way faster and less punishable or something. Big change was not being able to jump cancel it. Which made it funner imo :P
Dacidbro Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Lol less punishable, but you can't punish a CT guard point; jump cancellable means it's unpunishable, only interrupt-able. But yes, it's faster. It was still overall a nerf.
DaiAndOh Posted September 13, 2010 Author Posted September 13, 2010 Doesn't spark play Roboky and Hakumen at really really high level? Wouldn't he know? o-o Well I didn't even know he played Robo. But either way, what's hard for some people isn't hard for others I guess. Fuck I still have trouble doing proper DP motions on the 2P side, and I've been playing fighting games in arcades since I was 3.
Dacidbro Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 On the 2P Side? Man that side is so easy, 1P difficulty is where it's at
DaiAndOh Posted September 13, 2010 Author Posted September 13, 2010 On the 2P Side? Man that side is so easy, 1P difficulty is where it's at I'm left handed yo, get at me.
Lord Knight Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Well I didn't even know he played Robo. But either way, what's hard for some people isn't hard for others I guess. ShoMeYaMoves Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 I'm pretty good with inputs...other than fucking 632146. Every game that it's in, that input rapes me on a regular basis. (RIP old steel rain and FRKZ inputs)
GenoWhirl Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 I'm left handed yo, get at me. I feel your pain Fuck 421
Reioumu Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 You guys should play ST, it will force you to learn how to do that motion quickly and perfectly. That or just stop being scruuuuuuubs

Mr Oso Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Broskis was there some sort of 4seal combo in the other "BANG" thread b4 it got nuked? I cant seem to find it Help a brotha out~~~
tataki Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 I hope CS2 bang will be based more on getting seals and FRKZ
zeth07 Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 I hope CS2 bang will be based more on getting seals and FRKZ I don't. I liked CT Bang and still CS Bang because you could/can in fact play him in different ways if you choose to. Making him be reliant on FRKZ to be truly successful wouldn't be nearly as fun since it would be the "proper" play style to win. I like it being an optional play style, much like Ragna's Blood Kain combos, Hakumen's Mugen, etc.
ZONG_one Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Ay yo I got 632146 ALL FUCKIN' DAY GET AT ME. EDIT- as a matter of fact, fuck that. Get at my 64641236.
huey253 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 robo ky's frcs are a joke. apparently his hit confirms aren't hard in comparison to hakumen's. bang forums are cool
ShoMeYaMoves Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 robo ky's frcs are a joke. apparently his hit confirms aren't hard in comparison to hakumen's. bang forums are cool Yeah, easiest FRCs in the game other than OS's charge FRC imho.
DaiAndOh Posted September 14, 2010 Author Posted September 14, 2010 To me Slayer has the easiest group imo. I can actually use visuals for the ones that matter. Easiest one still goes to Faust. If you can't hit that, go back to Madden.
ZONG_one Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Ay get at my Ice Spike FRC yo. I'm too godlike.
Mr. Kimura Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 just wiggle the corner scrub Lol SFIV DF DF all day
mAc Chaos Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 So if I wanted to play GG, which character would play most like Chun Li or Hakumen?
