The music in SFXT drives me up the wall, bounds are silly, and the Capcom characters were limited to 1 super and 1 Cross Art. So, getting those characters into SSF4 + "Mystery Character" (Haggar or Asura) is good for them, and it also gets them into a numbered entry in the series (with this being Poison's first numbered entry). My greatest hope for this is that Rolento gets his hanging wire super back. I was appalled that he didn't have it in SFXT, it was pure retardation not to have it. I don't really have any hopes or dreams of this new character being anyone i'll care about (Haggar i'd absolutely not care about at all, Asura could be cool). I had a few characters I wanted (if we're doing 5, then I wanted Twelve, Q, Urien, Sodom, and Karin), and I feel the choices are lazy, and I am a bit disappointed that they took the easy way out, but I kind of expected it honestly, so i'm able to accept it. EDIT: SFXT "still" a good game, after that patch. So it's been a good game for about half a year. It was pure crap before that.

And yeah I think the 5th character will be Asura. after the crossover it's possible. me and my friends are thinking haggar. but as a fellow rolento fan, I'm glad to see our great man in a real SF game after the alpha series!

If it's someone entirely new, I want King Cobra to be the 5th slot though. It still bothers me that Rufus got in over that concept.

LeDom Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 It'd be pretty neat if it's Haggar, that'd make 5 Final Fight characters. Though I hope they would try to differenciate him from Zangief. I got a feeling it's gonna be a totally brand new character...in which case it better not be another damn shotaclone.
