Cool mixup I already mention that @7:29, Platinum miss Makoto with the cat hammer. So, if your opponents are too close to you then I guess they can't be hit by it. @9:54, Platinum does swallow moon which I knew for a fact that It would look something like that. The move looks really good for mix ups. @10:18, Platinum does dot cure typhoon and just about when Platinum hits makoto with it, Makoto did a jab which didn't effect Platinum at all. In that clip it looked like Makoto was trying to mash something out before getting hit. She stood up briefly then crouched and got smacked, and I don't see the red exclamation mark that shows up when you crouch-block an overhead. I wish we get to choose voices cause that one is the cutest imo, and will become my default. Her bat comes out really really fast, I wonder if it's safe on block. Shame we didn't get to see any loli install upgraded items. I like how she's a "make use of the item you have on the fly" characters. It' adds a lot of variety to her style. So far I've fallen in love. She's exactly what i would have wanted for christmas. Unfortunately my gift will come in spring. Can't wait for more vids of her.

My body is ready again, spring is not so far :3 By the way, VS Lambda the player (niconico video) is having some troubles. It's nice how mami circular passed through Lambda's swords and baaaannggg CH, 4.5k of rainbows!

My favorite part of that vid was watching Plat smack him back into the corner with a bat lol. Also CH 236B for REAL SPARKLE DAMAGE! FTW(I know this won't catch on lol.)

Lambdas 214 corner pressure isn't going tow work against plat when she has her lion/bear. The range on it is more than enough to reach lambda. If only the plat in the vid knew. Her 5D 16T hammer might have the range to punish it as well. I wonder if she's considered airbourne when she uses j.D hammer on the ground, and if she can combo off CH hammer. If she's airbourne then she's is susceptible to throws, which is good. They aren't making use of her command throw yet. There are so many situations where they could have used it. I wonder how much block stun the bubble has. If it's block stun is the same as or less than carl's volante, then her command throw mixup on wakeup bubble could be godlike. I feel like that was aimed at me as well. :3 But in all seriousness, she seems to have good mixup and a neat air jab overhead. However, it seemed like she had problems getting in on Hakumen. Every attempt to get in was blocked and punished. Perhaps the player didn't have as good a grasp on her yet?

Hurricane Rev Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 There are a few things that I picked up from that tager match...... 1) Platinum can launch 3 missiles at once and each of them does 2 hits ~ @ 00:39 2) Platinum hit tager with the Cat in the air on CH. However, Tager stays on the ground for a second or 2. So, I doubt that you can do anything after it (unless you Rapid it) - @ 00:44 3) Platinum does the cat in the air again but tager blocked it. So, the move does seem punishable if they whiffs it - @ 01:03 4) Platinum was about to use Mystique Momo but tager stop that from happening (DAM YOU, TAGER!!) But I think she doesn't lose any items because of that - @ 01:31 5) Platinum use the bat (aka HOMERUN!!!!!) on Tager on CH. But Tager was able to tech out of it in the air - @ 1:47 6) Platinum use the bat on tager again but this time, she used it in the air. but the same as above, tager was able to tech out of it in the air - @ 02:06
