People need to stop being so suppressive just to fit into society, especially in their own homes. And i dont think plat will be quite so rare but eh. Also shoutouts to plat taking 10 minutes to learn. Regardless she looks entertaining so idrk right now until the game comes out in the us.

SHAFT seriously needs to learn some self-control though. All their, "artsy", shit is more distracting than it is beneficial to their shows. Literally what I've been saying this whole time. The "POSTMODERN ART" needs to be toned down pretty badly, although that's probably what they figure is selling their shows. ┐(’～`；)┌ About it being a much lesser Nanoha, yeah, I am being early judgmental, but you can't try to copy/paste Nanoha and add in ~shaftovision~ and expect it to be on par. Also, there were two eps, and on the second episode of Nanoha A's.. well, you know. Can't compare. (yeah yeah second season, but still.) I will give the show credit for it's beautiful setting, though. Fuck you all, Madoka is hype. No it isn't. You just love anything 12 and under. If you want to play a character to troll, you can do that with damn near anyone in the game. I understand that, but whats wrong with wanting to do that with Plat? I want to troll with her because I want to PLAY with Plat, I don't want to play with Plat because I want to troll people with her, it's two different things... :/

If you want your message to come across a different way, display it in such a way. Thanks to Kyaku and Shadow, Platinum is shaping up quite nicely in my opinion. That one upgraded missile combo in the corner did a nice amount of damage at the end of it.. makes me wonder if the upgraded missiles (along with other upgraded items) have minimum damage. Would be baller. B)

Ontopic:I'm playin' Platinum because she reminds me of May and her combos look crazy as hell, and as far as difficulty with a character goes, some people say that Carl is easy, and some people have difficulty doing Ragna combos. I've been playing as girl characters since I was six with Peach in Mario Kart 64. My parents know about it. The worst thing said is that my dad would make fun of me for playing a girl. I want to play Platinum because she seems like a character I can finally get behind. She looks spontaneous and on-the-fly enough for me to play. Not only that, but I love to play in an annoying fashion.

The worst was "Why do you always play girl characters?" Part of the reason is that I don't like to see girls cry. And OH MAI GAH! I loved Sailor Moon, but because I rarely got to see it on TV prior to Toonami, the problem never came up. Not only that, but my day camp loved watching the show. I still remember when the TV was turned off and I didn't find out what happened to Uranus and Neptune for years.

Chaoschao222 Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Other than Kirby (lolSSB), I've always picked female characters in fighting games, part of it's because they tend to fit my playstyle better, some of it is because they're more attractive than males.... and of course, however small, for the pride damage to getting your ass kicked by a (typically) little girl.
KumaOso Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 With the exception of SSB(I played each of the few girl characters to some extent, but I enjoyed Fox the most), El Fuerte and Link in SC2, it's been girls for me as well. I got have that speed and/or mobility. The guys tend to feel clunky to me and not all that fun.
