BladeOfJustice7 Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 That's one person. I mean Rachel is far from bad, but she hasn't done anything exceptional as a character in high level play. I'd find it easier to believe Azrael is s-tier than Rachel. She's more of a a/b tier in my eyes.

And it seems possible that she could be up there. However, the amount of play she gets overall and no access to the game kills any logical conjecture on our parts.

What on earth is going on in this thread? People need to get with the program that Haku too OP. He wins before the match starts. thats how powerful his combos are.

psycofang2 Posted June 13, 2013 Posted June 13, 2013 Dont worry mac they just scared for some reason... anyway as i stated a REALLY long while back feel i can say it once more Hakumen doesn't have too many combo routes anymore, well meterless routes. He has 1 or 2 and the triple J2A loops which is completely and utterly amazing and im thinking another one i cant seem to remember, these combo that have a lack of star use give mitigated damage in return for it being almost free. In return high star use combos actually give much more dmaage than they did before, much much higher. This basically suits any form of combative playstyle for whatever means you use Hakumen for, conservative play gives lower damage and more options to gain damage over time, where as spending alot of stars in 1 combo gives alot of damage but little options when its over. I like this.

I whole heartedly agree. but anyway no i dont feel rachel has always been a "threat" per say, only real thing she has is her mid screen instant overheads and dumb set up that we have a free get out of jail free card for.

He's far from average from what I can see and can break 4k with 50 meter. And Blood Kain Idea now gives him substantially more health 2k-3k back when down to 15% health and deals a solid 5k to the opponent? If Carl is still seemingly a good character then why do people say he sucks so much?
