BeaverDeity Posted August 14, 2011 Posted August 14, 2011 The following is also requested of all tournament participants: *Hold all money matches/rivalries until you are out of all brackets, including side tournaments *If you remain in the bracket and your match is coming up, please stay in the vicinity. If you need food, have people pick it up for you (Food List TBA) *When your name is called, if you're on an arcade cabinet doing casuals please leave immediately to do your match These are the main problems and snags that happen during the brackets in general. The smoother the initial part of it is, the faster we can get to dinner break and then finals. yessir This should speed things up nicely, similar to how Erik ran the brackets at Antioch and made everything run very quickly. If we stick to this we should be able to finish much earlier than usual, and have some time for casuals and stuff after the tournaments.

Aginor Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 Myung usually wants to be done with everything by 1 AM. He can go to 2 AM if needed but he prefers not to. I also asked about pre-reg earlier but nobody responded and nobody has done anything.

Suggestion: suggest pools in case you get more than 32 entrants; managing smaller brackets > doing one big bracket. GC: you can stay at GC until Myung tells you to leave, but there is a pub right across the street...

Should not be needed at all. First Super NCI ran fine and it was almost a 64 man bracket. Just being able to make or partially make the brackets before the tournament is pretty useful.

Tari Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 Somehow, my schedule ends up working out that I'm back in Cali for a few days around when NCI is happening, so I'm definitely going to be there. Not sure I'll be particularly awake (I tend to sleep till 4 PM, after all), but that's totally okay! :V

The pub actually starts winding down around 1:30-ish as well. I'm more than happy to stay if people are still playing... but I reserve the right to call it around 2-ish or so. I technically do still have work the next day.

I don't mind leaving at 8am, and have casuals if tourney doesnt start till 12pm. I can't leave for home after 10pm. This probably won't work. But if worst to worst I'll just leave early, I won't last long. Where do I pre-reg? Do I have to read this whole thread :S
