Pat realizes what he has done, and wishes to go back in time to the moment where he released Soul Calibur. Edge Master appears and grants his wish. -The scene with Soul Calibur plays out again, but this time Pat is shown a vision of what he does in the future, kinda like Raiden in MK9. He decides that he wants to wield Soul Calibur not as a weapon of order, but for love. This pisses off Elysium, who traps him in Astral Chaos. Edge Master appears again and tells Pat to bend the sword to his will, which he does. -Z.W.E.I. fights a horde of Nightmare's minions, then Nightmare himself, who he defeats. However, before he can deal the killing blow he is stabbed in the back by Omega Pyrrha, who takes Soul Edge on Tira's instructions. -Pat returns and fights Pyrrha, but this time he just knocks her out. He tries to take Soul Edge out of her hands to save her, but he is engulfed by crystals. Pyrrha slashes at the crystals to save him. -Pat ends up in Utopia, where Elysium reveals that she really isn't Sophitia, and that she takes the form of what Pat wants her to take. Disgusted by Pat's desire, she tries to take over his body, but Pat proves the stronger warrior and kills her. The siblings then destroy the swords and all is well. Misc. Spoilers -The credits confirm that Viola is Amy, because they have the same voice actress. What you guys probably didn't know is that Nightmare...is actually Raphael. Yep, Raphael's body is the one Nightmare was using throughout the story. Raphael's body is "Dumas", but his spirit is strong enough to still maintain a physical form, still searching for Amy. While the story is up there among good fighting game story modes, much of the presentation leaves a lot to be desired. There's very few cutscenes, with the majority of what happens being shown through illustrations. Plus, several characters' fates are none too pleasant, and the lot of characters who everybody was hyped for to return don't actually appear. Edited January 30, 2012 by Vulcan422

SCV was almost a new IP rather than a sequel, thus the whole "new generation" angle they're trying to play, but this current arc is planned as a trilogy (they've said they have plans for up to SC7, just a matter of sales) so you never know. Yeah it was pretty damn weird when I picked up my cell phone lol. Also I envy those who were able to find a Best Buy near them.
