SolxBaiken Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Seeing how everyone has been shown off in full form and the arcade release is late next month, it's safe to assume she'll be an unplayable (for a time being) boss, so what we're seeing is probably boss only properties (gotta make em unfair in some way)
BladeOfJustice7 Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 I can't put my finger on Carmine's voice actor...

caiooa Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 i would recommend linking to ann cause mal don't show up games that those people have worked on. For example, the guy that is doing carmine voice have done Faust and Potemkin too.
TripleSun Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Ugggggh. Seth's VC is Haru from Accel World and Shu from Guilty Crown? Uggggh. If I needed more reason to play him. Lol. So excited.

caiooa Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 (edited) ok, i am impressed, considering how different are the 3 voices yeah, the guy is really a professional. He completely change his voice to fit the character role. "system" section added http://inbirth.info/system.html oh, and they are adding the command normals to the movelist in each character profile too Edited August 31, 2012 by caiooa
MetalMaelstrom Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Why is everyone gawking over Shu and Haruyuki? Those two are both beta faggots. The real motherfuckers are Issei Hyoudou and Subaru Hasegawa. Both are alpha as fuck and are family men.
Jourdal Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Yuki Kaji has good range. When i first heard Hyde he sounded like Oscar (from Lupin) raging. But his range is impressive to go from someone like Shu to Oscar or Hyde. I heard something about IKs on twitter but i was delirious at the time so i might have been seeing things.
MetalMaelstrom Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 You're delirious right now. Yuki Kaji is voicing Seth.
TripleSun Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Maybe the characters are weak, but the voice is good and I love those shows.
Kaisukex Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Is it even gonna be released on the consoles? cause i really cant see this on a console tbh.
SolxBaiken Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 You can't see a video game coming to a video game console? :> But the only reason why that thing about a console date was put in the title was due to randoms asking if there was a date announced for an unreleased game, and apparently that annoyed people enough so bam!
TripleSun Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Who knows. I just can't wait for this to hit any system.
Starlight777 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Who knows. I just can't wait for this to hit any system. Hopefully it doesn't end up region locked on a console. That would make me cry blood. I really want to play this.
TripleSun Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 I'm fine with it initially hitting PC and importing it through those means. I mean like Melty did. I never messed with MB much, but being able to bring my laptop and stick around and play wherever is a plus, lol.
SolxBaiken Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 1 game gets region locked and now you guys are just dreading it becoming common practice due to Atlus wanting to protect their interest, lol Honestly I don't see this game hitting PCs cause it seems like 5x the powerhouse that MB ever was, and if they're actually thinking of their consumers they know this will be more trouble than it's worth, but then again French Bread is basically like Examu and seem to only have interest in the arcades (which are a HUGE generator of constant revenue in Japan). But if they're serious about competing with other major franchises they'll need to rethink their consumer plans (which have mostly been terrible lol) But it's far too early to think about this, let's let the game actually release first = w=
Hecatom Posted September 1, 2012 Author Posted September 1, 2012 Is more probable that we would see this game on pc than on consoles, considering the track record of french bread and considering that the arcade machines are glorified pc's. Also the game doesn't look to be resource heavy at all, the sprites while are HD doesnt seem to be that detailed like the SG sprites for example, and that game is planned to PC already, also the 3d backgrounds are not that detailed as well. Another thing, FB always release their games on console or pc, so i don't see them like examu in that regard tbh, plus any decision about mb was not only made by them, with this new ip i think that we would see what they actually want to do, since they are not hold by another party.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 I would like to say that this game is most likely going to be getting localized. If you simply look at how this game has been marketed since its inception into the public its the same way as Blazblue. The amount of money, blood, sweat, tears/salt, and time spent into creating this new high resolution series with amazing characters who have very unique gameplay styles that looks very fun. it would be a waste of resources not to localize it and they must be aware of that especially since they have not only discovered they have a very loyal fanbase here but they've seen there is money to be made here in the fgc outside of Japan. Look at persona BB and potentially GG's rerelease, each successor (if you know what I mean) has sold much more than the last and they must be well aware of that. or why would they have a youtube channel for the game, if they only intended to promote this game in Japan they would be only using nico nico douga. if you check out their channel they have tons of posts saying how they want to buy this game if they can just localize it. To me everything implicitly points towards them localizing it, or else they wouldn't have come out with a game of this caliber in the first place. I think we'll be seeing more advertising for this game directed at us when this game is released in arcades. Anyways, is it just me or is Gordeau's scythe moves safe on block? And based on his match videos it looks like that ia-justu girl is going to give him a hard time due to her range, since gordeau's range only comes from his scythe moves. That's my 2 cents on the localizing matter. P.S lol @ the idea of PC localization, and excluding consoles would never happen. I think they have enough common sense for that lol.
Hecatom Posted September 1, 2012 Author Posted September 1, 2012 P.S lol @ the idea of PC localization, and excluding consoles would never happen. I think they have enough common sense for that lol. Im only saying that the possibility of a PC release considering the previous releases of FB is very highly, specially because is more easy for them to port on pc than consoles, but im also aware that FB has said that they want to take in account their international fanbase, and that want to have one of their games at evo, and for that a ps3/360 release is mandatory.
