FRKZ 6C fc combo I did today, midscreen to corner carry:

6C(CH) > 2-dash > 8-dash > j.4C > j.623B > RC > land (you gain momentum after j.623B RC) > 6-dash > 5C > 6D > 6-dash > 2D > 6-dash > 5C > 4-dash > 2B > 6C > 2-dash > 8-dash > j.4C > 2-dash > 8-dash > j.4C > 8-dash > j.4C > j.D > 2-Dash > 2B > 623B > 6C > 8-dash > j.4C > 2-dash > 236236A --- 100 heat, 8389dmg, gives 45 heat from 6C, 34 heat after RC

Rare situation, but good to know :)

There aren't any Fatal counter combos in here. At the very least Dora's corner fatal combo should be mentioned, right?

Corner/ Works on Jin, Noel...others. Not Rachel, probably not Tager.

Also on CH 6c, you can do some silly stuff, like CH 6c dj Over j.4c> 623B into corner maybe. And instead of B-nail feint, has anyone tried any fancy bumper stuff? Setups even?

On Tager, after 5D you can do j.A>j.4C>j.C>land>5A.. etc

On CH 6C, B nail feint is the best. Midscreen you can do 6C ch > B nail feint > dash 6C > iad j.4C > j.623B > dash 5C > 6D > 623B > 5B > 2B > j.B > j.4C > dj.4C > j.C

I was testing random stuff and I found out that you can combo after RC an airthrow... So here are some comboes:

airthrow RC (as soon as possible) dash 5C > 6D > Daifunka, it does around 4.9k and works midscreen, you can also AT RC > daifunka for a 4k non burstable combo.

On the corner:

AT RC (dash) > 5C > 6D > 623B > 5B > 6C > j.4C > j.623B > Daifunka, does around 6.2k (you can finish by a classic ender like jC if you don't have enough meter)

And a bonus combo (put it on a real match and you'll be my new god)

AT RC > FRKZ > double gold burst > challenge n.10 combo does around 9.6k and uses 150% meter :B

If tried to find a midscreen FRKZ combo out of a AT RC which could make big damage, but I always ended up doing around 5k-6.5k D:

You can actually cancel the throw with a properly timed B-nail..For a similar result.. good find though

Really? Can you get the opponent slowly falling down like a RC would do? Can you combo with 5C > 6D afterward? (Sorry about asking that, can't play right now :/ )

Yeah they fall down slowly. But you cant land a 5c. And i posted a combo about it awhile back:

Airthrow combo:airthrow>b-nail cancel>5a>5b>jb>j.4c>IAD j.4c>J623b>d.5c (d.6d depending on distance)>6d>623b>5b>2b>jb>j.4c>j.4c>jc

Damage:3759

Heat Gain:43

Seals:1

Better than the dash 2a combo's, but harder to do.

Airthrow combo, god, it be.

Here is my go-to 6D hitcomfirm combo in the corner: 6D>623B>2B>5D>J.4c>j.623b>land>5A>5B>j.a>j.b>j.c>dj.4c>j.c

Damage:3618

heat gain (because it is important for DPs): 36

Its pretty easy to use, but kinda hard to land that first hit. Damn blocking.

Okay so I did read all the thread to see if this combo wasn't posted already, and I'm pretty surprised it didn't.

(Corner) 6D (CH) > (d.)5C > 623B > 5B > 6C > J.4C > J623B -> daifunka 5236 damage, 1 seal

-> 5B > j.AB4C > j.4CC 4298 damage, 1 seal

(Midscreen) 2D (CH) > 5C > 6D -> Supa crash 2582 damage, 2 seals

-> Daifunka (can also do 2C (CH) > Daifunka for an eventual burst mind) 4632 damage, 2 seals (4075 damage without 5C > 6D)

(Corner) 2D (CH) > 5C > 6D > 623B >5B > 6C > J.4C > J.623B -> 5B > J.AB4C J.4CC 4661 damage, 2 seals

-> Daifunka 5545 damage, 2 seals

Btw DLM I tested your combo, aaaaand I think I'll stay with the regular airthrow combo, I have a lot of trouble landing that 5A after the B-nail whiff.

That's pretty much all. If someone has a decent 6D (CH) midscreen combo, i'll take it.

Oh and another combo I see from a japanese Bang player

(Midscreen, on standing opponent) 5B > 2B > 6C > jD > d.2B > 6C > J.4C > J.C (RC) > J.4C > Ashura does 3536 damage, takes 100%. It was performed on a Litchi, I know it works against Tager, but I didn't try the other characters.

Keep in mind the second hit of Air throw is Special cancellable. If you are already in FRKZ, the best thing to do is hold down after an airthrow. You'll land right on the ground as if you rapided as they fall slowly forward.

Combo i use ->

Airthrow, 2dash(land), 6c, 8 or 9dash, j4C, 2dash, 9dash j4C, jD, 2dash (land), 5C, 6D, Daifunka for 6888k.

You can do a bit of j4C loop before the jD to build meter but it yields less damage. And if you're near corner you can

Airthrow, 2dash(land), 6c, 8 or 9dash, j4C, 2dash, 9dash j4C, jD, 2dash (land), 2B, Supercrash, 6C, 8dash, j4C, 8dash, j4C, AirSupercrash, land Ashura (don't remember the damage)

Other combos are definitely possible. The strength comes from the lack of proration on the first two hits of airthrow. Anything you do will yield excellent damage. The same can be said about Regular Throw. If you rapid cancel after second hit of regular throw you can also get insane numbers because itll be unprorated.

FRKZ in corner

Throw, Rapid, Gold Burst, challenge number 10 = over 8k damage. for 50 meter to start and Gold Burst.

I already know that, but what are the chance of grabbing someone while you're in FRKZ? What I wanted to point was an activation setup for the FRKZ + a good damage combo afterward, that's all.

anyone know if the midscreen followup for airgrab is universal?

im talking about air grab > dash 3c > 662a pickup into air combo

yes it is, just spacing specific. There are times when you are too high in the air to do it.

You can get more damage off that.

Throw in a j.4C after the 2nd 6C. Which in turn not only makes it go slightly farther and more likely to wall bounce the j.623B but also higher which can make a d.5C possible instead of just d.6D. Also doing a 2nd j.4C on the ender instead of j.B will increase the damage as well but that may be needed for certain characters, I don't know.

Ends up being 5,471 Damage. If you land something like a CH 6C, you might as well do the most damage possible. For reference a CH 6C in the corner can get 5,778 damage METERLESS.

The opportunity will come in a match if you bait a DP or something, so I highly advise you make people pay dearly for it and take half their life in one combo.

Whoa, just made my combo godlike, I usually use j.B to make combos a little bit easier(bad habit from my days doing netplay on a laggy connection), so using j.4c didn't occur to me. I'll go try this.

Just saw that combo last night, he really wanted that FRKZ. He used his last burst too.

It's kinda sad to see him lose so much though, maybe he should cut down on FRKZ like Dora did? :v:

Dunno if it's old, but a way to combo after j.C without using bumper or B-nail mid-screen?

j.623B (FC), d.2B, 5D, j.4C, delayed j.C, 5A, 5B... and then he goes for 5D, but I'm sure it's possible to go to j.A after 5B and go for a simple air combo ender?

That combo specifically might not be old, but comboing after j.C like that has been known.

A while back Dora did a FC j.623B corner combo that continued the combo even after j.C. From what I remember testing, the combo Dora did worked on everyone except Carl, Litchi, and Platinum, but I can't remember exactly so someone else can test it further if they want.

Now a mid-screen combo, I have no idea cause I haven't messed around with that stuff too much.
