oh i gota quick question-- are ALL ice cars now Low property dmg? And im seeing D type (A car?)

People aren't just going to throw those out at random, so it's going to be hard to see whether they actually have the low hit property or not.

his midscreen looks pretty terribad but his corner shit got buffed a little but needs you to spend a good amount of meter for shit like ct and hizangeki

Caught some stuff of nico / kouhatsu stream:

- first hit Hizangeki from very up high > land 6C works

- Sekka wallbounce > 5B possible

- mid screen 22CD > 5B > 5C > 2C > DP C possible

- Yukikaze does 2.6k

There was a pretty nice combo, that did 3.8k not sure if I remember correctly:

- AA 5C CH > 2C > air combo > j.D > Hizangeki (1st hit) > land > stuff into 22CD

As long as we don't need to time things with no visible cues too often for different characters, i.e. Rehyou on Makoto, I'm stoked.

The Game Carnival Ustream was fucking horrible last night. Nothing but Bullets everywhere.

This was one crappy Jin but from that video we can tell that 214B(1) does indeed hit low and that Hisanzen does NOT count as an overhead. I dunno if Hizangeki counts as an OH though.

Unfortunately both streams went off, they might jump back on in their early hours so I'll leave these here.

There's a limit on the nico streams, they generate a new link every 30 mins so you have to refresh the page after your session expires.

Hizansen is not an overhead, but the 2nd hit of Hizangeki is. 6B > Hizangeki works for example. The first hit whiffs, it appears the range is pretty short on that one.

I keep hearing good things about jin lol. Feeling like the odd numbered rule is hella legit :V.

I looked up the jins on the players guild site yesterday. Top jin was Gagaga, 2nd ranked jin was Tetsu i believe.

I wonder what the corner combos will be like...

Maybe something like:

5B > 5C > 3C > Sekkajin > 5B > 5C > 2C > sj.D > AD > j.2C > j.C > 66 5B > 3C > 214B(1) > 5B > [5C > Sekkajin] or [5C > 2C > 6C > DP C]. The latter will probably not work because of combo scaling.

meterless corner is proly gonna blow but if you stick in a ct it bumps up the dmg a good bit and lets you do shit like 6c>ct>6c soooo...... proly something along the lines of 5b>5c>3c>214b>5b>5c>6c>ct>stuff or 6c>6b>j.214d>stuff

Did we get a 6C > 6B gatling in CP?

yeah, highest dmg on jbbs right now is like 6.6k off j.214d (2nd hit?) starter......so max is proly gonna be like ch 6c>6c>6b>j.214d>6c>ct>6c>214b>5c>6c>od>6c>623c>623b>5c>touga or air combo air hiyoku

Huh, looks like you get 12 Heat from 214B (2 hits) and 5 Heat from 6A. Raw Hizangeki (2) also seems to do a ton of damage and doesn't freeze.

I'm liking what I'm seeing.

I really like the looks of the new EX air ice sword. Wonder what kind of stuff we'll be able to do with it....

EDIT: Also, did I see 3k off of 2B CH in the match against Bullet above? Not too shabby there Jin.

Corner 214B(1) > 5C works, so DP C can be slapped in a combo off an early 6C.

So something like 5B > 5C > 6C > 214B(1) > 5C > 2C > 6C > DP C > 5A/5B > 5C > 2C > [sj.D > 66 5B > 3C > 214B(2)] or [Air Combo > Hizansen] should work (crouching opponent).

6B>5C>2C>6C>2D>6C>ice car (no follow up)>5C>2C>6C>DP C 4k

Grab combo damage got a buff

Grab>whiff ice car>6C>ice car (no follow up)>5C>2C>j2C>jC>j2C>jC>hizansen 3.4

Hiyoku did like...1.1k? tacked on to that combo on tao, and nice that CH fubuki lead to something

That Hiyoku combo minus the Hiyoku would do somewhere around 2.4k in Extend, where here it did 2.3k before Hiyoku. But in Extend the added Hiyoku would only do around 860 or so instead of 1.1k. Feels good to have a solid Hiyoku back again.
