PozerWolf Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Ah, 2/25, thanks. I know some guys from AZ are considering it. Hope to see you there. Check this out, hope it helps. Out of curiosity since it has been a while since I got passport, I looked into how fast I could go about getting one and came across this site that might help other people interested in going: http://www.onlinepassportservice.com/us-passport-service-guide/ I do not know all the details on whether or not first time applicants can use that or if they need to still do it in person at an agency, so make sure you really read into it and find out what needs to be done. Good luck to whoever plans on going.
The MoonMaster Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Lol, Super is a stone's throw from my place. I remember the first time I went, they just had CT. I mostly just play Technika when I'm there, the CS1 machine in generally shunned like a redheaded stepchild in favor of SF and MVC3.
StayFree( ' 3') Posted January 21, 2012 Posted January 21, 2012 damn, 20 minutes away...shit's too far ...after party at my place
Herbal Grey Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 i'm pretty noobish on a stick -_- , but i'm still beating 200psr ppl online if anyone needs a third teammate

Xie Posted February 11, 2012 Author Posted February 11, 2012 Bonus tournaments added! Even if you're not attending for the purpose of entering the 3v3, please come out for some fun events with prizes! Edit: Also Brice, I can come get you, just let me know what time. There are a lot of people who live closer to LAX too, so if you're willing to grab him, speak up!

What happened to Level 5 and LaN5X?
Jason D. Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 Hey Brice, I actually work really close to LAX, which I'm sure I'll be at Friday night. And as luck would have it, a teammate dropped out recently and my team really needs a third. So if you want in, just PM me or something.
Solex Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 Would i be able to enter the qualifiers even if i didn't have my passport until a little bit after the qualifiers? It will be arriving before the plane ride to japan though.
Xie Posted February 13, 2012 Author Posted February 13, 2012 There will be a short grace period if you do not have your passport by the event day, however, in the event that you are the winner and it does not arrive within a timely manner before the plane tickets are purchased, you will forfeit the chance to attend the finals in Japan.
Solex Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 woot! im sure my teammates will be just as glad to hear that as i was. thanks a lot for the clarification xie

On Friday, I'm planning to have a gathering at the Venue (Super Arcade). I won't be able to get the details ironed out until tomorrow, but I'll keep you guys updated.
