Hmm, interesting screens from her astral, hopefully it will turn out good.

I still think I stand alone when I say that I am perfectly alright with Mu's current astral, though.

Oh okay, I just read about it in the CP hype thread:

Mu's new move is called "Ikutachi", it makes her quickly jump forward with an attack (like Gauntlet Hades?). If you combine it with a Drive, you can hit your opponent anywhere on the screen (it either links well or lets you teleport?).

I guess it'll be translated into "Sword of Life" or something for the English version, since Mu has an attack name like that in her unused voice clips. Maybe it'll be like Venom's teleport in GG and we can teleport to the stein closest to us or something. I was hoping for more specials that interact with her steins, so this could be a fun move.

Depending on the recovery we might be able to do some 6c > xd > corpsehop stuff.

I'm super hype... They bring our character back, and gives her a new move! Take all of my money ASW, all of it!

Now please remove 5c's extended hurtbox, and make 2c usable again!!

They were included on the home release, but on the original Arcade iteration they didn't arrive until a later date after the game was released. Much like how Sion and Hilda are in UNiB now.

Let's just hope they didn't change Mu to much. I expect nerfs, but she doesn't deserve many.

As long as we keep 5C im down.

Either v13 got more health, or 5c does less damage, because in that screenshot it's definitely not so big a chunk as I remember.

5C definitely still looks good (hitbox-wise) from the screenshots, but who knows if they've slowed it down or messed with the hurtbox more. I don't mind getting a damage nerf as long as her normals and neutral game are intact, and her combos look cool enough (plz keep 214D loops Arcsys). I'd actually prefer having lower damage if we could have Venom-level space control and pressure. But yeah, can't wait to hear news about any changes when she comes out.

Haven't played BB in so long, so I fired up training mode.

I've pretty much forgotten everything Mu-related, haha. Time to try to remember everything or keep on derping with Noel.

Venom related control? isnt that excessive? dont most ppl consider him kinda broke? well whatever -- like zeromus said as long as they dont re-CS1 her normals Im gonna be happy (i think) but seriously <3 her normals -- balance her dmg some sure

Doesn't seem different to me. 5c roughly did 7-8% of her health based on measuring it using a ruler on my monitor. Assuming that nu still has 10k health, it should be close or same as the current damage of 720 in extend.

Wasn't she good in CS1. Wasn't she always good.

cs1 mu = bleh-- her notmals were so terri-awful and she had jsut that one corner combo -- not alot of room for innovation at least from my perspective -- however her drive was pretty OP and required little skill to spam
