D: D: D: D: .... shoulda got one award for the tournament, another for beating the unstoppable dacidbro. Thanks everyone for your comments, my play was not the highest level lol, i was working on 3 hours of sleep and ppl who were there were not calling me berserker dave because of my play, but rather because my eyes were completely bloodshot. ughgh. i haven't had a chance to read all the posts about this new thread for new players thing, but the reason i first posted in this thread was because luf made me. but that's mostly cuz i don't watch animoo lol.

swordiris Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Why is it that sometimes I will launch a lvl 5 TD while the opponent has two primers that he won't guard break? Or a lvl 4 TD where my opponent has one primer and he won't guard break?

My animu watching time is largely eaten up by watching over-popular shonens and trying to catch up because I'm literally 200 episodes behind. I JUST watched Soul Eater like last month if that tells you anything.

I might try putting Burst to a button and see if that changes anything than just mashing A+B+C+D. Reading talk on anime reminds me, I really need to catch up and also start some new anime that has been on my "To Watch List" for ages.

I don't think there's any real way around it. edit: I was beaten to the punch!

I just used to burst without thinking in the past but kept an eye on it while training, whether or not it was me mashing the 4 buttons and winding accidently before the burst or something like that.
