Holmes Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 That's supposed to be Puyo style art. Huh, you learn something new every day. "There is no knowledge that is not power" - MK3
Chaoschao222 Posted June 8, 2012 Posted June 8, 2012 Time to quit FGs. I want to play MAGICAL BEAT (not even joking). Game looks fun, but I really hope there's better music than fuckin' Vocaloid on it....
gli Posted June 8, 2012 Author Posted June 8, 2012 (edited) Yeah me too. From the preview on the special event of Bururaji I saw Bullet Dance and Condemnation Wings as selectable songs. Edited June 8, 2012 by glirandly
gli Posted June 11, 2012 Author Posted June 11, 2012 Attention netplayers! http://youtu.be/HC_iiSAGgOI
Holmes Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 No E3 talk whatsoever? Rachel is not amused. Sure, it was not the greatest E3 ever, but there are plenty of talking points. Like this one, for example (since we are in the music games topic): SEGA are known for making the worst fucking decisions and alienating their own fanbase, and there's a little voice inside me which warns me not to fall for it, but even they can't be this assholish. Bringing an English-interfaced Project Diva to E3? How can you NOT release it in the west now? Still, never underestimate SEGA. They didn't get their reputation for nothing. Disclaimer: don't get me wrong, I love SEGA (especially after VC), but it's really hard to like them most of the time.
Chaoschao222 Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 It's not hard to like SEGA at all, they make mostly good games and have more recently made good Sonic games again.
Holmes Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 Of course, the game making part I have no problems with. It's the higher ups (especially the ones in Sega of America/Europe) I'd like to have a few words with. Baseball bat in hand. With nails sticking out. Rusty nails. With poisoned tips.
TD Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 l love rachel's fluffy, oversized bow. it really looks nice on her. random OT moment
gli Posted June 15, 2012 Author Posted June 15, 2012 Playing RPGs at the moment. I feel my execution getting worse with every ACCEPT button press.
kro_ Posted June 16, 2012 Posted June 16, 2012 Playing RPGs at the moment. I feel my execution getting worse with every ACCEPT button press. Same here. I finally started Xenoblade. Pretty impressed with it so far. Just a little sad that it all had to be done with shitty Wii graphics. Will be all over P4A when that comes out. The more experience you have with fighting games, the easier it is to re-learn execution. I find that taking an extended break from them usually makes me more creative in training mode whenever I start up again.
gli Posted June 16, 2012 Author Posted June 16, 2012 Yeah Yukiko is the setup monster lol. Finishing up Arc Rise Fantasia for now. Doing postgame stuff then I'm going back to serious fightan again. I was actually netplaying one-handed a few nights ago. Managed to beat a few people (randoms only lol). Used Ragna, Tager, and Rachel. I can only get as far as doing the simple lv.2 j.2C combo into BBL with Rachel one-handed.
TD Posted June 16, 2012 Posted June 16, 2012 yukiko looks alright but l personally prefer elizabeth, even though both characters are apparently low tier. can't wait to play you guys :D
Sakaku Posted June 16, 2012 Posted June 16, 2012 Always looking on the bright side... it can't be worse than CS1 Rachel :33333
gli Posted June 16, 2012 Author Posted June 16, 2012 Yeah my sub is Liz. I look at it this way, I need a P4 and a P3 char. So P4: Yukiko P3: Elizabeth
kro_ Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 I'm a rebel. I'll probably learn both Naoto and Aigis.
