What does alcohol taste like? I have no idea.

Alcohol itself tastes awful -- unsurprising, considering it's a poison.

Drinks with alcohol can taste pretty good, but they can taste like piss, too. Bad beer is godawful. Good beer isn't so much better, imo. Hard cider's alright. Malt beverages are alright. Well-aged liquor is top tier, though I've only had it once, and probably won't have it again for a while. (Too expensive.) Certain mixed drinks are also good.

Can't say I've really had a lot of variety, but that's just my initial impression.
