GGs to random ass platinum that started wrecking shit (forgot the name).

If you block Plats overhead can you jab someone afterwards or the is the blockstun too strong on that? even when i IB it sometimes i can't do anything.

Why jab when you can ID? lol

Try it out, just set the AI to use TK Swallow Moon j.B on you, IB it, and mash the shit out of A. If you mean Plat's 6B, then no, you'd have to IB it point blank and no Plat uses that shit point blank.

You know i forget ID even exist when i'm blocking (as Ragna), and thanks yeah i meant both TK and 6B. i'll give TK swallow moon a shot and see what happens.

Tempting as this is, homework comes first.

If you're around in a few hours, we can play for a bit.

For TK Swallow Moon just react to it and hit 5A. :/

"just react to it" lol

you better be mashing in blockstun

GGs to Loli_Pop_Star

(Harakiri_Tiger?)

, and everyone that I played on Ranked. I really like using Bang online, people just don't want to block him.

This infuriates me. Not so much if they DP, but 2A. I mean I don't expect people to respect pressure all the time, but 2A mash just pisses me off when I get hit by it.

start doing that dp fist. just move back a bit then... bam

Mashings legit. You get hit, good shit on their part. Mashings very much a large part of this game. It is good to know when to mash and when not to, thats also a big part. Litchi is the perfect example of a character you have to mash, otherwise you're sitting there blocking forever against a very heavy mix up character. You're getting hit eventually unless you get the hell out.

Or you could react jab/use jabs in pressure holes. You don't have to mash like a retard, just jab once and hit confirms into something decent instead of a heavily prorated jab mash combo.

What happened there, Mash?

When I say mash I don't mean just start smacking a button. What you just said is mashing out of pressure. You hit a button, got out of pressure. No matter who you are fighting they're going to call that mashing. Not 'reacting and hitting a button.' Theres a word for it. Kind of goes with what I was saying with, "Knowing when to and not to"

Doesn't 2A whiff against Swallow Moon? If you're gonna mash MashThatDP son.

I should really learn to DP more again. i swear that's the death of me and my matches, taking hits to the face rather than just DP'ing it

That's called poking out.

Mashing is when you just flail at the controller without paying attention.
