If she spaces herself at a range where 4D just barely makes contact with the opponent (at the end of its active frames), she can actually get frame advantage off of it. Other than that, she'll have to RC if she's not at optimal range.

I don't really see the point otherwise, unless you literally cannot find an open random player room or friends to play.
