Zeron_X25 Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 Actually it's more like: 1) His j.C is immune to Tager's 2A and 2C (both of which leave Tager in a crouching state) 2) He gets 4k+ on Tager regardless if he's in a crouching or standing state 3) He gets 3k meterless combos with C ID if my back is to the corner 4) The very existence of ID 5) Fuzzy guards 6) Ambiguous cross-ups 7) I keep trying to mash 360 after blocking GH only to eat the followup 8) He ALWAYS has enough heat to RC any unsafe move and give himself another mixup opportunity 9) Barrier blocking doesn't work because his shit has so much range ^ my novel in spark notes form. But yes, I eat overheads sometimes. My blocking isn't perfect. lol remember that one match where I kept resetting you with the C ID combo? That was fun. I thought it would make you finally block after teching but nope. And I don't remember doing cross-ups. I did fuzzies though.

That was an accident, lol. I would never use Tager's normal throw unless I'm playing a Noel or looking for a gold burst.

Tall characters tend to have decent 5A anti-airs. Hazama, Ragna, and Hakumen, are the prime examples because their 5A has a 5F start-up.

I've seen too many matches where the Ragna hits the first part of GH and tries to do the 2nd then RC only to get 720'd. He just does the spin kick and it goes through Tager only to land in his hands.

People don't see normal throw coming. Leads to more heat and slightly less damage than 360s depending on the grab.
