TD Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 think of it as her own unique version of bonus proration. unlike bonus proration, it can be used multiple times in a single combo at the cost of wind/specific instances (w/50 or 100 heat). notice how rachel does a noticable drop in damage if you compare lv3 j2c combos and it's variations, but not a huge jump in damage as if to force it into combos. it's pretty balanced, unless you happen to get hit by a raw lv3 j2c...

BatousaiJ Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Rachel isn't the best character in the game but in my book she's the last character you want to be fighting when you've got your back to the corner. I also think one of Hakumen's strongest points is his ability to deal with oki shenanigans better than anyone else in the game and that's a point I think people tend to forget about when they're talking about his strengths.
