Apparently, it's going to be 7 hours long, and all the JoJos are going to be playable there (except for Gappy). Then again, it will only allow 150 people to be in, so I'm not sure whether or not we're going to get any vids. http://www.bandaigames.channel.or.jp/list/naruto_storm3/event/jojo.html Press will be there too, only they are allowed video/photography. But who's to say how the quality or even the amount will be.
Jugun Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 Ahh finally some actual gameplay I would really like to hope this game gets a NA release,so I could at least play it at NYC Comic-Con,that would be great,but if not importing seem to be my only cause just like Gundam Extreme Vs.,I hope to see the majority of the movesets for the Jojo's used,because the vids from TGS were just from them showing people how to play it -.=

It also has the move names for most of the characters playable on the event, which also had Okuyasu, Zeppeli, DIO and Polnareff playable (but no Wham or Gyro). I hope Pete278 will give translating it a go. If it hits you're allowed an additional command. - Johnny's moves change as he evolves from Tusk ACT 1-3. He has quite an extensive move list. - DIO and Giorno have a special intro! Something like: Giorno - "I've been waiting for this moment" DIO - "I feel something close to me..." - Jolyne to Jotaro " So... so young..." - Polnareff to Giorno "Who're you? I don't know you..." - Josuke to Jotaro "So you're the guy that looks like me" - Jonathan to DIO "No way!! DIO, you're alive!!" and when DIO wins he goes "Your body is my future". - Jonathan and Johnny don't have a special intro - DIO has an attack where he grabs you and takes blood from you, healing a little bit. If he grabs a Joestar, that's when he goes "I've got the strongest high!". - DIO's GHA has a special animation (the one we saw in the trailer) if you use it against Jotaro. - Johnny crawls normally unless you turn on Slow Dancer. I believe Tusk evolves as you use your moves, that might need a confirmation when we get vids though. He's sounding like a really technical character. - With Johnny's GHA, while in ACT 4, he jumps and fires a bullet, if that hits he goes into the GHA animation with an Ora Ora Rush then says "Thank you, Gyro... I don't have any other words to express it" before finishing. - Other 2P colors: Jonathan - Purple Giorno - Pink Joseph - Orange Zeppeli - Reddish Brown Josuke - Purple Johnny - Green Polnareff - Purple with pink hair DIO - Red - Well it's been confirmed! As is "stands", you can't pick a day stage when DIO has been chosen. - this might not be 100% true, esp the last bit Story mode for every character, story crossing rival battles and a Boss battle against their stories main enemy, 4 colours per character and `possible` DLC for colours/costumes, So far no planned DLC characters apart from Yoshikage (still no info from if he is indeed DLC or he is in the game but a time saving unlock code), The last piece of info I managed to hear is actually most possibly false, but I heard it from a source at todays event but there is not that many reveals left, possibly 4-5 more characters with Rohan being one of them (this is to be the biggest pinch of salt to take lol). In other news, the trailer is going to be uploaded around next week: it has Jonathan vs Zeppeli, Johnny vs Gyro, Josuke vs Jo2uke, and a short teaser of Kira vs Okuyasu. By the way, the CVs for Gappy and Kira are Madono Mitsuaki and Koyama Rikiya, respectively. The preorders open on the 18th, so prepare your money! Edited February 16, 2013 by SoWL

Johnny seems interesting, but I think the way it works is his heart heat attacks upgrade Tusk to the next Act, since they all seem to be references to the fight in which he levels up. Then his Great Heat Attack is Tusk Act 4. Also, I loved noticing all the references in the move names, some of my favourite fights were referenced (in particular, Jolyne's 'don't hesitate, punch' move being a reference to the Jail House Rock fight) It'd also be mondo cool if you could find the exact pictures the alternate palettes are taken from, but that's probably too much work. I'm not that familiar with Jojo's art, so I don't know if I'd actually be able to find them, really. Plus I'll be subbing the trailer when it comes out, so it'd probably be too much work to hunt down the pictures. I'm sure that guy on niconico who does the poses references video will find them, though.

SoWL Posted February 18, 2013 Posted February 18, 2013 Some highlights from that stone ocean of awesomeness: - Speedwagon can be seen on the part 1 stage, as well as one of the vampire mutants sitting on the chandelier (the local stage hazard, I guess). - Mista's Sex Pistols gauge got different faces for each one of them. - Jonathan uses throws his opponent the same way he throws Dio down the balcony in the second episode. Man, these six months are going to be a hell of a wait. And the preorders for the LE are still nowhere to be seen.

Jugun Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 If anyone notice,Dio's Wrrrrrry actual took away Josuke's meter!I wonder if it's taunt or a new gameplay aspect,it did it for Gappy too when he ate the buns,do the characters have taunts that remove meter or have a special gimmick like Josuke's super armor buff?I hope so
